I have a different perspective which makes more sense. Since blacks are less than a 14 percent of the population, their votes combines should count as no more than 14 percent.
Twice or only twice?

It isn’t the lack of voting power. It’s the lack of comprehension where in black communities keep voting in politicians that do nothing for them, ie, Maxine Waters, etc.
Blacks are slowly but steadily boarding the Trump train. When the numbers get large, will The Nation still be making that argument?
