Giuliani: “We’re not finished. Believe me.”
The Hill ^ | 12/11/20 09:44 PM EST | BY TAL AXELROD

Rudy Giuliani:

“The case wasn’t rejected on the merits, the case was rejected on standing. So the answer to that is to bring the case now to the district court by the president, by some of the electors, alleging some of the same facts where there would be standing,” he said in a Friday interview on Newsmax.

“There’s nothing that prevents us from filing these cases immediately in the district court in which the president of course would have standing, some of the electors would have standing in that their constitutional rights have been violated,” he added.

“We’re not finished,” he concluded. "Believe me.”

Sorry Rudy, it’s over. The electoral college meets on Monday, they’ll choose Biden, and the rest is history. Thanks for getting our hopes up then not delivering. So much for “the courts” huh?

If states like Texas start seceding, that’s where I’m moving to.

From the rejected Texas suit — in one case, 174,000 ballots were not tied to a registered voter in Michigan---
just thrown in to boost the get-rich-quick plans of the salivating Biden Crime Family.

California has already seceded.

California declared it’s self to be not America by becoming a sanctuary and by abrogating Federal

California is no longer part of America

“The electoral college meets on Monday, they’ll choose Biden, and the rest is history.”

The next Constitutional deadline is January 20.

Rutherford Hayes didn’t take office until March of the year after his election.

According to a couple Constitutional exports, the Electoral College meeting can be ANY day, as long as everyone meets on the same day. It doesn’t HAVE to be a certain date, although an arbitrary date has been given.

Maybe I should rephrase my statement, if a state that has a true concept of the US Constitution, practices decency and morality, that’s where I’m moving to.

The USSC says Texas did not have "standing" to critique other states' election procedures......

Which begs the question...why didn’t Rudy file this same case (in a District Court)
against GA, PA, WI, MI on behalf of the President .........weeks ago?

Why, indeed? Donald put too much trust in Rudy's legal judgement, a man who hasnt set foot in a courtroom for years.
Rudy lives off his ages-old legacy as the 911 Mayor.

I was joking about proof that I used to live in Texas incase Texans setup there own Citizen Checkpoints. (One has to have lived in Texas to understand what I’m referring to. )

I have no desire or reason to go anywhere I would need a true Passport. I was Born in America and I will Die in America.

I’ve been to every State except Alaska and I’m to screwed up with Neuropathy in all 4 extremities to enjoy going there now due to the cold making things worse than usual and I couldn’t even enjoy the Outdoors like Hiking in the woods or Hunting.

I’ve been to Mexico many times while living in Texas back when it was still safe to cross for the Day, Shop, eat lunch at The Cadillac Bar and stock up on low cost Tequila and such and drive back Home in the same day. (back before the gunfights in border areas, etc.) Been to Cancun, I’ve got no use for Mexico anymore.

Who would have approached this the same way for what would be a case they would HAVE to take, being about Original Construction clauses, deep in the Constitution. Read Clarence Thomas’s descent. They should have taken the case and ruled on it— but their criminal handlers (whom Rudy knows quite well- and the legal paths of RICO) threatened them, led by Justice “Malat Boy” Roberts.

Now that they know the mathematical pattern of election
fraud, the easier it is to see in the data;

I’ve made an index for this proof.

https://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3914280/posts?page=1502#1502

1:30 “Every single time votes came in, if that total got
above 2.1% roughly, what they did is they adjusted it down
by somewhere between 4 and 5 percent.”

1:45 “the third party votes were coming in at higher than 2%
so what they did is they knocked 645 votes off the third
party candidates which is roughly a 5% or 4.8% change” now I
don’t know what happened to those votes but I do know they
are no longer counted for the third party, and it like
they’re basically gone.”

3:15 “the vote total had gotten so fast, it went from 2.1 to
2.9% which is a huge jump, so what you’ll see is the cheating
algorithm essentially we hit 3% and it had a major
correction, brought it right back down to 2.1% again, and
what that did is they stole 13,500 votes from the third
party candidate and that dropped the percentage like they
stole 30%, and that almost a third of what was going to the
third party at that time, just gone.”

3:45 “their strategy here was to keep those votes, that go to
the third party at 2.1%”

4:00 “This happened multiple, multiple times throughout the
evening, until their is one big adjustment which is the
second part of their strategy”

4:30 this was their 2% strategy to keep Biden the candidate,
so what they did is the total number of votes from all
candidates lost is 194,846, that’s a huge number that was
gone at that time,

4:45 “but what they did here was they took roughly 6000
votes from the third party candidate, which is 13% at the
time, they stole 107, votes from Donald Trump at that time
which is approximately 12% of his total votes, but to keep
it looking fair they stole only 81,000 votes from Biden so
that’s only 7% of his total at the time”

5:14 “this is there major adjustment, when the votes are so
out of whack, and so obvious Biden was going to lose, they
just got rid of votes from the different candidates, but at
different ratios so that Biden would come out ahead.”

5:30 “So 81,000 vs 107,000, that almost a 30,000 vote
difference in terms of taken away from one candidate versus
the other, they absolutely stole this from Trump”

5:40 “the big losers are the third party candidates.”

6:04 “they adjusted it a total of 23 times.”

6:09 “but I can prove using these numbers that are publicly
available, that they kept the third party candidate at 2.1%
and would not let it get higher than that”

7:45 “Because there are votes taken from all three
candidates it creates an air of mystery, and so it can’t be
proven either way and this is the smokescreen that they’re
running in order to be easily detected.”

7:58 “the strategy that they went with is the third party
candidates votes were not allowed to get more that 2.1% and
votes were consistently stolen from the third party.”

8:07 “and I think what happened, probably, but I can’t say
for sure, gave those votes to Biden over the course of the evening.”

Re. CCP and Covid:
I’m reminded now of several security camera videos way back at the beginning of March with Chinese folk here in the USA splashing things, touching things in stores, elevators, all looking around surreptitiously while doing so.... and then those videos vanished from YouTube.

That . More and more, looks like intentional bio warfare against us and the Dems probably knew it was happening.

I must correct at least one of my translations;

7:45 “Because there are votes taken from all three
candidates it creates an air of mystery, and so it can’t be
proven either way and this is the smokescreen that they’re
running in order to be not so easily detected.”

If you go back to 2000, the court (the R judges anyway) gave wide latitude to the Secretary of State to make election decisions. The R judges were consistent in 2020, not surprisingly, the D judges were not.

“It’s over UNLESS Trump has the gonads to invoke the Insurrection Act and declare martial law .”

Get real! On what legal ground does he impose the insurrection act? There is only one real choice — the courts and/or state legislators. Both are now highly unlikely.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m pulling for Orange Man, but my pulling (or anybody else’s pulling) has a very low chance of making any difference at this point! We’ve been scammed and the scammers are pulling the strings.

“Dershowitz says the Supremes simply do not want to touch this.”

So in a one party state like California, election fraud is not a crime?
