It’s a good and lawful decision.
But it sucks ass.
It’s not a “good” decision. Saying doesn’t make it true.
No it’s not. Thomas was the only one that got it right.
It’s very rare that the Scotus is the court of original jurisdiction.
And they donated without giving them a chance to prove why.
So states that violate their own constitutions and the federal constitution can do so with no intervention from the Supremes?
I’m happy to be edumacated. Huh?
I agree with Thomas and Alito. It was a wrong decision.
And I would add that all voters and states are connected to and harmed from the unconstitutional actions of these governors and SoS's.
That's called standing.
This is the WORST time for FReepers to be going for each other’s throats.
But I understand.
Everyone is VERY frustrated. And angry, rightfully so.
But we must HANG together or we may HANG APART.
I’ve wanted to use that line my Whole Life! :)
