Texas and other states are expected to abide by the National election, are expected to abide by the laws passed by the elected administration...But have no standing on how that election is conducted?
The operation of elections is delegated to the states. In a sense there is no national election. Only 50 state elections. One state can't sue another state over how they conduct them. Saying they could would open up such things as suing other states over their redistricting.
Follow the Sanctuaries for illegal aliens model. Anything liberals mandate, reject it as a city or state. No need to secede, but make it illegal to cooperate with liberals in power. For example, Second Amendment Sanctuaries already exist.
