Just an observation: The two dissenters who wanted to hear the Texas lawsuit were SCOTUS judges appointed in the Bush administrations: Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.
None of the three Trump appointees wanted to hear the case, not even Amy Coney Barrett.
But "God bless PDJT for keeping his campaign pledge to give us Scalia-like originalist judges and cementing a conservative majority for decades" and "Thanks for nothing, George".... right???

There are no Federal constitutional issues involved in these cases.
