Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, Rudy and probably others, are still in court and all are directed at specific states.
I understand that.
I am saying that I think there are clearer constitutional issues, such as state executives and bureaucrats changing election laws and thereby usurping the constitional role given to state legislatures. But even beyond that, the fraud issues in breaking laws should lead to illegal votes being outright tossed.
To me what this case was about was less constitutionally suited to USSC relief, even though bringing a state against state case might have seemed the quicker and surer route to getting the USSC involved.
One thing is for sure, the Supreme Court has shown the world whose side they are on and it is not on the side of the USA.
They have been either threatened or blackmailed. They are now owned by the CPUSA (formerly the democrat party).
Expect all kinds of communistic rulings to come down on us.

I am thinking that what they are saying is that it is up to the state legislatures or congress to fix it. I don’t see why the state legislatures can’t declare the votes fraudulent and send their own set of electors. Possibly, could just send a decree to congress that says the electors were appointed through fraud and should not be counted by congress. Likewise, Congress can challenge the electors.

2. Schumer has made clear his intent to destroy the Court as an independent institution. Consequently, the Court’s unwillingness to even hear significant challenges will boomerang.
Except the best pollster out there, Richard Baris, tweeted today that both Loeffler and Perdue are losing right now.
Every state has the right to a republican form of govt. At least 6 aren’t getting that. Trump swore to uphold the constitution so he can step in and take this mess in hand.
I will go a step further.
You are so excited about being right about these losses, you don’t seem to care what this means for America. You are truly scum.
