Fox news:

155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

"My guess is that the GOP will be allowed to win both U.S. Senate seats in Georgia..."

Four Republican senators have already met with Democrats to discuss amnesty for illegals. Even if the Republicans win both seats, and both of these senators magically become conservative, the Dems will still have enough votes to push through amnesty. The Republicans are doomed after that.

It might be better if the Dems win both seats, then all of the destruction that occurs over the next two years will be their fault entirely.

However, having a Republican majority may have a few benefits in terms of preventing a packing of the Supreme Court, etc. but that will be small change and will only last until the US officially becomes a one party state.

Alito, and Thomas are the only ones I have any respect for now.

I’m surprised Amy Coney Barrett didn’t agree with those two.

Encouraging people not to pay taxes is a felony. Just saying. You might want to be careful posting stuff like that.

I don’t believe you just said that LOL

Hey everyone- starve the beast! Refuse to pay any state or federal taxes whatsoever! Come get me!

Jailed for what ? He’s the most investigated man on the planet and they don’t find squat.

I'm not saying don't pay....pay the minimum you can and if possible, file for an extension, an extension is an intention to pay.

That may be when this goes HOT. Antifa has said they will attack Trump supporters. If that happens, game on. Tragic.

There are perfectly legal ways to stop paying taxes. And their results are a lot less painful than the way that is termed a felony.

The challenge is to get enough people willing to make the necessary sacrifices. Most people live in chronic debt and can scarcely imagine anything more horrid than to be separated from their employment and default, and thereafter live on an income beneath the threshold ($12k earned income, I believe). And yes you can survive on $12k a year.

BTW, ballot stuffing and riots are felonies too. Anybody you know getting prosecuted?

Sorry, I should have clarified so it didn't look like that last part was directed at you. That was me bouncing off some other posts I've read.

Some patriotic Comp-Sci analysts saw obvious weaknesses that showed them how vulnerable we had becone to this kind of fraud. Unfortunately none of them was able to sound a loud enough or annoying enough or clear enough alarm to become our century’s answer Paul Revere.

You are making some great points on this thread.

Well ... NOW WE KNOW.

And despite what happened today, the Texas case was MONUMENTAL. Just think about it: At least 20 states claimed that ChinaBiden won by committing FRAUD, if not TREASON.

Nothing he or Commie-La does will ever have the slightest bit of legitimacy.

I was born an American and will die an American. We will not give up.

I can only speak to my own state, Mississippi. Here, when the National Guard is deployed, the State Guard takes over the maintenance and upkeep of the armories.

No originalist would vote to hear any of these cases.

There are no Federal constitutional issues involved in these cases.

It may take a while for us to know when and where. The media would clamp that down. We need to make sure we have a way to stay in touch and to get the truth about what is going on.
