Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich released the following statement via Twitter:
Our Office has received many inquiries about the Texas v. Pennsylvania lawsuit filed at the U.S. Supreme Court and whether Arizona will participate. Here is my statement and our legal filing: http://azag.info/txbrief

Did you get your screen name from the Eddie Izzard Death Star Canteen skit?
Awesome.
I was hoping they would.
More weight.
And now here is AZ's elected AG joining the suit against the four other delinquent states.
If 26 states decide to make it known they support the suit it will have a great impact on the SCOTUS.
Matters not IMO whether they join the suit of file amicus briefs...most states are likely not ready to go with a team to join the suit.
Keep praying folks....
Democrats outraged
AZ should sue itself too
wait.....I am confused.....isn’t AZ Gov Ducey pulling a “Kemp” in his own state? Shouldn’t Ducey be a defendant as well? Not getting it....
“And yet their votes are going to Biden. So how do they argue what happened in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan disenfranchised their voters?“
The argument is the same regardless:
Because PA, MI, GA and WI violated their constitutions, AZ voters who voted for President Trump were disenfranchised.
Any state can theoretically make the same argument on behalf of its Trump voters who did not receive equal protection.
See the AZ AG’s statement in post 24.
Why isn’t AZ a defendant?
As Tangina in “Poltergeist” said, “All Are Welcome!”
But Trump voters lost in Arizona, in what the Attorney General claims was a fair and honest election. How can the Trump voters of Arizona be disenfranchised when they lost the election to begin with?
That’s kind of big I think.
Another bit of GREAT NEWS!
“And yet their votes are going to Biden. So how do they argue what happened in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan disenfranchised their voters?”
It wasn’t 100% for Biden.
Ducey lawyered up a few days ago
Shouldn’t this be in breaking news???
In summary, FBI has made significant progress in the search, but there is still much work that lies ahead, including (1) ) processing the approximately 50 cross-references (with thousands of pages to ingest and sort through), 2) undertaking some level of review of the personal laptop, and 3) completing all remaining searches.
Unfortunately, these efforts are hampered by FBI FOIA office’s reduction to a 50% staffing posture due to Covid."
Sara Carter says Durham is now turned his investigation into post 2020 election.
I feel a change in the wind
Brnovich is feeling the heat and has political aspirations I would guess beyond being AZ AG. There is a lefty group (mad at Ducey on his handling of coronavirus)running a RECALL DUCEY campaign actively gathering signatures across Arizona. Congressman Paul Gosar tweeted his support of the RECALL a few days ago because he is furious at Ducey treatment of Trump since the election. One of those moments when left and right come full circle and meet.
