Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, respectfully seeks leave to intervene in the pending original jurisdiction matter of State of Texas v. Com-monwealth of Pennsylvania,et al., No. 22O155 (filed Dec. 7, 2020). Plaintiff in Intervention seeks leave to file the ac-companying Bill of Complaint in Intervention against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the States of Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin (“Defendant States”), challenging their administration of the 2020 presidential election.

First, this moves Trump's litigation to the front of the line at SCOTUS and short circuits his opponents attempts to run the clock out on him.
Second, having close to 20 states standing lends enormous support and credibility to President Trump's claims, boosts viability, creates political and public opinion. pressure on the Justices and add the talents and resources of 20 states AG’s and their staffs to his team
It also now provides a mechanism to get more of his cases before the court. As he files, it's very likely that the Justices may choose to consolidate the various cases in the interests of judicial economy.
Very nice move.
Trump and Barr saw this coming and talked about it publicly continually for months before it happened. The pending Mail In Ballot fiasco. Nobody did anything to prevent this from happening including Trump and Barr. No courts cases. NADA The Supreme Court will not take up this case because something should have done months earlier. All of the guests on Hannity today agreed the Supreme Court will punt. Case Closed. Biden Wins.
Trump is a very smart man, but how would he know, “months before it happened” that the 4 states being sued are out of 50 to choose from, the 4 that would commit blatant election fraud?
All of the guests on Vannity have no clue what the court will do. I believe that fear of ‘packing the court’, as biden suggests, will give the Supremes’ pause.
If biden ‘wins’, the court will become irrelevant, along with the Constitution.
The Constitutionalists on the court will not be enablers and allow the Country to go down the tubes...Not ‘On their watch.’

SCOTUS would not have even put any such motion, or complaint, on the docket...much less ruled on it.
Prior to the election, any such complaints about fraud wouldn't even be "ripe" within a state's judicial system as the election would not have taken place yet.
The best bet, prior to the election, would have been for plaintiff's within the state (Attorney General's for example) to argue before their state courts/supreme courts, that their respective states legislatures jurisdiction/power to make state election laws were being violated by their Secretaries of State.
Unfortunately, we've gotten an idea on how some of those states judiciaries would rule.
It's really quite the cluster F$#* our country has allowed to fester.
Many legal scholars, including Trump supporting conservatives, think otherwise.
This is not an appeal. It’s a case where SCOTUS has sole and original jurisdiction. There is no point in all your negative posts, especially where they are based on your misunderstanding of what’s going on.
Actually, if biden is allowed to steal the election, SCOTUS will very much become relevant (see below).
However, your right that the Constitutionalists on the court are well aware of the danger of "their" court being used as an unelected super legislature for the socialist/communists/marxists/globalists/hate America crowd.
If the 2020 election fraud is allowed to stand, we can "look forward" to the following (at a minimum):

I implore you to revisit what they did to Trump over the last 4 years using the power of the federal government, and...if further concvincing is needed, go back another 8 years...just 7 years removed from 9/11...when the corrupt sysytem promoted/allowed a no name junior senator called Barack Hussein Obama (aka Barry Soetoro, aka Soebarkah), from IL with an unknown/highly questionable background to openly usurp the Presidency of the United States.
Don't think China has plans to take over America? They do. And not just take over our manufacturing or our business. They consider the very land in the U.S. to be rightfully theirs. Read this speech given by China's former Minister of Defense Chi Haotian to high-level Communist Party Cadres sometime before his retirement in 2003. The whole thing is very enlightening to the way they think. In particular, search for the term "colonization."
The above used to be stuff of wild conspiracy theory. Not anymore. The (D)'s aren't even hiding much, if any, of that agenda (minus what China would control). This is what they want. This is what they are after....and there would be nobody left politically/judicially to stop them from doing any of it.

However...just how likely would that be though? This isn't the 1800's. There is no structure, or infrastructure, in place for such a thing. One seemingly trivial example, uniforms. Aside from your immediate neighbors/family/friends, how would anyone know who is on what side, if any? What would be the command and control structure? Etc, etc. etc.
And lets face it, a majority of American's (including (R)'s) are willfully allowing their state and/OR local governments to restrict their ability to work, to go out to eat wherever they'd like and so on. They are willfully agreeing to keep themselves inside, and when they do go out briefly, to "socially distance." And all this not because of a return of the Spanish flu, or the middle ages plague. They give up their lives and livelihoods for a virus that is, yes...serious, but that is about as deadly as the influenza virus during a moderate flu season primarily to those who would be similarly affected by influenza (over 70, pre-existing serious health conditions, etc).
The irony of ironies here is that, realistically, the only thing that could stop the above domenstic points from happening is the (D)'s themselves since they will be the ones in full control.
And, about the only thing that could stop the above international (i.e. China) points from happening, is Russia. Sure, Russia would love to see the U.S. no longer be the worlds only superpower....but there is no way they would be OK with allowing America to become so weak and for China to become so powerful as to be able to obsorb the U.S. as a satelite state.
Raise your hand if you think (A) the rats will put the brakes on ANY of that aforementioned...or that (B) the Chinese would NOT take advantage of a severely weakened/globalist first America?
A Republic...if you can keep it isn't just a throw away phrase. It has real meaning.

I have two thoughts:
*If your hypothesis becomes reality, I’m 71 and will not live to see the final, agonizing death throes of our beloved Country.
* Several justices on the bench have families with young children. They know what is at stake here. If they allow the fraud to stand their families, generations of their families, will suffer along with the rest of us.
I believe, have to believe, that they recognize that this the ‘hill to die on’, and look forward to protecting the sanctity of the Court and the Constitution.
They are glad that the suits have arrived at SCOTUS...and are looking forward to humiliating the dems for their arrogance, and lack of respect for our Country, and it’s people.

Believe it or not that’s fairly simple.
There are some 3000 counties in the country, but only about less than 50 need to be Controlled by Democrats for them to commit enough fraud to win.
Out of those you eliminate obvious places like California and New York and other liberal states.
These are considered ‘swing states’ anyway.
If the conservatives on the Supreme Court lose their nerve and don't do what's right they will become in the minority once Biden packs the court, and the Supreme Court will become nothing but a rubber stamp for liberals
