Don’t laugh but it could happen — seen it in other states where the Gov and the AG were from different parties and things like this happened — don’t know where GA AG stands in relation to the Gov and SoS so it’s a crap shoot unless someone can opine something I’m missing. Cheers!

So 17 states have joined the Texas lawsuit?
This is hugh and series - my beebers are stuned

But it only looks like an Amicus brief — not as if the states are actually participating in the suit as co-Plaintiffs with Texas.
But I’m not an attorney, so I could be totally off base.

17 states are joining Texas? The list is growing. it they want to secede, this time bloated, corrupt states like NY, NJ, CA will be too busy worrying about transgender bathrooms and paying SEIU pensions to do anything about it.

The other states are not joining as plaintiffs. They are filing briefs in support of Texas.
