Don’t laugh but it could happen — seen it in other states where the Gov and the AG were from different parties and things like this happened — don’t know where GA AG stands in relation to the Gov and SoS so it’s a crap shoot unless someone can opine something I’m missing. Cheers!

Sure would. He can be for corruption and against it at the same time.

Kentucky has a party split between AG and governor, which makes for some interesting friction. AG sues his own governor on COVID tyranny ...

A number of state legislators from PA, including the Speaker of the House and the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives in PA filed an amicus brief in the case on the side of Texas, opposing their own state...
