Majority Statement on Elections
The Georgia Senate Republicans have heard the calls of millions of Georgians who have raised deep and heartfelt concerns that state law has been violated and our elections process abused in our November 3, 2020 elections. We will fix this.
Our state constitution precludes us from calling a special session due to the lack of a three-fifths majority in both chambers. As constitutionalists, we must respect that. Even if we could secure the requisite numbers to convene, our laws provide no avenue for us to retroactively alter the results from November 3, 2020. However, an avenue to move this matter even quicker than special session now exists and is pending before the United States Supreme Court.
As the upper chamber of the General Assembly and consistent with our prerogatives for legislative oversight:
Posterity and legitimacy of our Republic – guaranteed to us by our Constitution – require no less than our diligence, our time, and our utmost attention. Do not fall prey to the ploys of the Left, who would have you stay home and not exercise your right to vote on January 5, 2021. We cannot protect the Republic without you. Join the Senate Republican Caucus to ensure we get every possible legal vote cast in the run-off election. An overwhelming victory for our Senators and our Public Service Commissioner on January 5, 2021 will send a strong message!

If they were serious, they would say things like, “prosecution” and “criminal indictments”.
It appears to me that all our anger just got their attention long enough for them to issue a statement of obfuscation.

The Governor has to call them into special session. Kemp refuses to do so.

The Supreme Court did not punt earlier they just denied one portion of the request -the emergency injunction relief.
The only pirate date denied was the emergency relief to overturn the election right now.

If the Texas case prevails then GA could choose the electors so they could give them to Trump because all of the fraud for Biden like the ballots they stuffed alone in the State Farm arena which gave Biden the lead. The Supreme court would overide their State court.

Amen. Trump is NOT going to concede. He will NOT acquiesce and let these corrupt election results stand. He will NOT let his eternal legacy be that he threw in the towel and turned our Nation over to a corrupt gang of globalists. He’s letting this play out in the courts. If the SCOTUS still possesses the integrity to do the right thing and have the swing state results rectified, proved and trued; fine.
But if not, Trump still has the 305th Security Unit of DHS; and they have ALL the evidence of what went down on the evening of Nov. 3rd and following. He has total control of the Military. (Trump saw this all coming). He has the Insurrection Act and the 9-12-2018 EO which declared a State of National Emergency, which gives him carte blanche power and authority to use the Military to protect the Nation and the COTUS to any extent he deems necessary.
And should that not suffice, he has the how-many-millions strong Civilian Militia. Lock and load! Trump isn’t going anywhere for at least 4 more years. He fired several pu$$ies at the Pentagon and elsewhere, and appointed stalwarts in their place. He has his ducks in a row. Sidney Powell has thrown out hints of it, and the “wisest” among us merely snicker at her and call her a squirrel. Wait until the SHTF, if it comes to that. Looks like it all hinges upon what the SCOTUS does. But Donald John Trump ain’t going anywhere for at least 4 more years!
If justice were to be remotely found in GA, Kemp and SoS would be in federal prison awaiting their hearings for treason.
What we have here is a RINO led legislature which hasn’t actually agreed to actually do anything about the massive treasonous fraud committed.
They are merely playing a psychological game with the GA electorate.
They want Trump out, played with China, and want to keep the Senate seats all at the same time.
It’s sickening.
