FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Dec. 8, 2020
Majority Statement on Elections
The Georgia Senate Republicans have heard the calls of millions of Georgians who have raised deep and heartfelt concerns that state law has been violated and our elections process abused in our November 3, 2020 elections. We will fix this.
Our state constitution precludes us from calling a special session due to the lack of a three-fifths majority in both chambers. As constitutionalists, we must respect that. Even if we could secure the requisite numbers to convene, our laws provide no avenue for us to retroactively alter the results from November 3, 2020. However, an avenue to move this matter even quicker than special session now exists and is pending before the United States Supreme Court.
As the upper chamber of the General Assembly and consistent with our prerogatives for legislative oversight:
Posterity and legitimacy of our Republic – guaranteed to us by our Constitution – require no less than our diligence, our time, and our utmost attention. Do not fall prey to the ploys of the Left, who would have you stay home and not exercise your right to vote on January 5, 2021. We cannot protect the Republic without you. Join the Senate Republican Caucus to ensure we get every possible legal vote cast in the run-off election. An overwhelming victory for our Senators and our Public Service Commissioner on January 5, 2021 will send a strong message!
It is not involved in the down ballot candidates like the two Senate seats in Georgia.
So no matter the outcome of the Texas case, the January runoff for the two senate seats in Georgia will precede.
“The Supreme Court has not agreed to take the Texas Case. It has been entered on the docket and they have given the four defendant state until Thursday to provide responses to the suit. Then the Justices will decide if the case will move forward.”
You are one of the few people here who’s got this right. Everyone’s getting excited because this is being misreported because of a fake tweet on twitter. And in the end they probably won’t hear it because they’re scared to.
They can still steal the Senate seats in Georgia, if the programmed machines are in working order for another fraud election.
Totally the correct position.
Will the two NeverTrumper Senators and the Ga. GOPee get with that program?
Doubtful.
Actually, if you went by the results from Nov 3, you'd be going to Trump, just like PA, and a whole bunch of other states.
The truth would set us all free. People who love this country just want the truth. We are tired of the biased news media controlling minds through manipulation and censorship.
It is not the news it is a fake.
Sounds like some folk in GA are sweating a little or at least trying to cover their butt by we are going to do this in the future and not screw up and screw America again
So now plaintiffs have no idea when to raise a claim, thanks to PA SC... and SCOTUS let that Constitutional and jurisprudential vagueness remain.
There is no possibility of President Trump being gone.

Bull Shevit!
The case will be set for a hearing time. If its on the docket, it will be heard, unless the actual pleadings are so determinative that no hearing is necessary, in which case the court will issue a decision and order(s).
But the Texas lawsuit does not cover that possibility because it deals only with the electors voting for the president.
The Georgia legislature needs to assert their authority over election practices and get Kemp and the S of S out of it. Not sure what they can do now but they can ensure mail-in ballots are not used, make sure Republican observers are present and stop the crap the democRATS were pulling during the first election. Make sure the Dominion machines are not online, no adjustment to the machines, etc.
And have an overwhelming number of Republicans coming out to vote in person and not by mail.
They're going to fill their adult diapers when the President lets The Big Dog Eat...
Well, well, well.
They voted 6-3 to hear the case, they have no choice with a lawsuit between states.
These legislatures can reconvene. The federal Constitution trumps the state laws. They must be able to do their federal constitutional duty.
Pure BS. Georgia is full of RINOS and cucks. This is CYA and won’t amount to anything. These people need to be made afraid and scared by our side. Antifa got a head start but it needs to be our turn now.
That’s not what Joshua Sekelo said. He said they have to take a case between states and it was a brilliant case.
I thought they voted 6 to 3 to hear the case?
Not yet
Not much of anything
