They asked for a response from PA BEFORE the Texas suit was filed. Looks like after reading the Texas suit they decided to go ahead and deny hearing the PA suit in favor of hearing the Texas suit that incorporates the same issues, only includes more states.
There is also the fact that no matter the circumstance, there is a process that States are required to follow in order to change election procedures in your State. They had plenty of time to do this but it wasn’t done.
What can these states, led by RINOs or Dims, employing corrupt morons for secretaries of state and ballot workers, say to the SC when the massive amount of evidence piling up is presented? “Hummidda, hummidda, hummidda,” comes to mind.

Not an expert on this but my gut is telling me this allows for SCOTUS to have a big impact with very little election interference as they see it.
They can affirm the unconstitutionality of the election in these states and leave it to these same states to provide a constitutionally consistent slate of electors or none at all.
They would need only to rule once and then all other suits could done at a later date.

Right you are. Now, if the Supreme Court follows the Constitution they will nullify all of those fraudulent state results. But if they don’t want to upset the apple cart, they will let things be.
I’m a betting man. And I bet according to how things are, and not as I wish things to be. So I’m gonna bet that the Supreme Court will take the easy way out. Joe Biden will be inaugurated in January.

Been trying all day to tell people that all of this is just common procedure and that it means nothing as far as what the Court will actually do. Everything that comes to the Court gets docketed, asking for a response is pretty standard, etc. But people are falling for twitter nonsense. Shame.
