Not at all. Actually they're closer to being the opposite, based on the actions (or inaction) of the Legistlature, which is probably why this one was denied.
They turned this one down with no dissent, which means they do not want to be bothered with duplicity since the Texas one, which was put on the docket, is a much broader one-stop-shopping case.

The evidence may be similar that they are both presenting, and the relief that was requested was similar, but the matter of law at debate was somewhat contradictory, with the Texas case having the correct angle.
That’s about the reality we’re in right now.
Agreed, sadly. They might do a lot of virtual signally, pay lip service to the Constitution, but they won't overturn the corrupt results. Will they endorse Biden as legit president or undermine him as not worth reversing.
We have to stop using the language of the Demonrat Party/Media. There is nothing to overturn, the results are suspect and in dispute.
I’ve said it from the beginning. Roberts will not allow the court to get involved in this. He’s a company man and wants to protect SCOTUS at any cost.

Roberts doesn’t get to decide on his own. It takes 4 votes to hear the case. They obviously have that in the Texas case.
