Also, if anyone knowa how evil the left is and what it is willing to do for power, it’s Kavanaugh.

FWIW, someone on Twitter just posted that the USSC voted 6-3 to hear the Texas case.
Hope it's true, that bodes well.

I believe it’s the state AGs that file to join.

Exactly. No need to prove fraud. Just the rule changes at the last minute. I think this case has legs!

Same as Lin Wood’s lawsuit filed on 11/13 (dismissed for standing), but he is appealing to SCOTUS as well.

Sounds like Texas should have standing (although I still don’t understand why a GA voter wouldn’t have standing against illegal election procedures in our state, go figure)

Any originalist will refuse to hear this case. It is a classic nonjusticeable political question.
9-0 denied.

Thanks! I heard some AG called this a publicity stunt. I don’t think so. :>)

The only state named at that link is Pennsylvania. Am I missing something that includes GA, MI and WI?
To: Jane Long
I sent an email to South Carolina AG Alan Wilson asking him to join the suit by Texas. Also posted a plea on the SC FReepers board for help. Thanks for the link.

NOW is the time to release ALL the evidence they have on the fraud. Even all of it isn’t consider in the case, SCOTUS follows the news and they would have to wary of a narrow ruling that disregards the fraud.
NONE of the fraud will likely be presented, and that's part of why States like AZ, NV, VA, etc were not included in the lawsuit. The suit is based on those four States (GA, PA, MI, WI) changing their voting procedures against the will of the Legislature, which is what the Constitution requires for determining the method of selecting electors. Those States added mail-in voting or allowed late ballots to be counted through Gov edict, court rulings, or such, that were NOT allowed for by the Legislature. Thus, all votes cast in those manners were invalid (not necessarily fraudulent), and should not be counted on that basis.

Thank you!
God bless you, patriot.
