Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has made a critical decision which may signal that court's willingness to hear a controversial case attempting to flip Pennsylvania's 2020 election results.
Originally, Alito set a Wednesday deadline for the state to respond to GOP Rep. Mike Kelly's lawsuit alleging that a 2019 state election reform, known as Act 77, violates both the state and federal constitutions by creating a so-called "no-excuse mail-in" voting regime.
Many took the Wednesday deadline as political theater, as it would place the case outside the "safe harbor" window which requires that controversies "concerning the appointment of all or any of the electors . . . by judicial or other methods or procedures" to be determined" at least six days before the time fixed for the meeting of the electors," according to Law & Crime.
In other words, the Tuesday deadline may signal that the Supreme Court takes Kelly's case, which was rejected by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court with prejudice last weekend.

Listen to the wording how upset his is over this. The Governor and PA Supreme court dragged it out and he knew it.

It means two things, both good.
First, it says the SCOTUS will probably hear the case re errors in Pennsylvania’s elections being conducted outside the law.
Second, it says that an obvious trap being set, that would have worked against the chances of a positive ruling from the SCOTUS were dodged... because of how the Pennsylvania Legislature structured their objections to the result of the election.
If Pennsylvania had responded to a spoiled election by choosing electors different than “the voters” had chosen... odds are that choice might have been tossed out, because if the election is truly spoiled, you can’t easily justify making any choice as reflecting a proper result. Given the election doesn’t reflect reality in what voters wanted... that still doesn’t justify changing the result as fully legitimate ? Doing so IS within the Legislature’s power... but doing so opens the case to considering things other than just focusing on the errors in Pennsylvania’s conduct of the election.
Now, it looks like SCOTUS will get to (or, have to) look at it... as their set-up posturing reasons for not doing so has been avoided... so, when they look, the only thing they’ll have to look at will be the errors in how the election was conducted outside the requirements of the law, and the Constitution.

yes, the situation sucks, but the cards are being stacked against us. the fix is in. It doesnt mean that he/she is not on the Trump train, it just means they are preparing for the reality of the broken tracks up ahead.
the system is simply too big and too corrupted to properly function anymore. We need a great reset of the USA by we the people. It’s the only way.

I agree about Alito and Thomas. I wouldn’t even put Roberts in with that bunch. He hates Trump and is probably chomping at the bit to see him gone. The others are wild cards.
