At the Georgia Senate Committee Hearing on December 3, 2020, a Security Expert testified that his company developed a mathematical model which accurately predicted expected vote percentages for Biden and Trump by county across the country EXCEPT for counties that used Dominion Systems voting equipment. In counties that used Dominion Systems machines, Biden overperformed the model by FIVE PERCENT.
With so much attention being given to the revelation of the hidden suitcases of ballots that were counted after people were told to go home for the night, it seemed to me that this equally important revelation was being overlooked. So I have created a short (under four minutes) excerpt from the Senate Hearing Video where the expert states his credentials and reports what he found about results in counties that used Dominion Systems Voting Machines.

Minor point, but they misrepresent the company name.
It's not really "Dominion Systems".
It's Dominion Voting Systems.
Also known as DVS.
And, yes, that's pronounced "devious".
And that's not a coincidence. These people like to be "in your face" about their evil.
The dominion system allows something called “fractional voting” among other nefarious features. Which explains the 5.5 increase for biden.

5% doesn’t even sound like a lot, though statistically it is wayyy more than an anomaly or outlier.
The reason it is important is because of our electoral college system. All they had to do was spike the votes for Biden is the key “battleground” states that Biden was losing in. They only had to do it in 4 or 5 cities to completely swing the election.
