Be patient, there is a reckoning coming. The President is giving room and time to the state legislatures to do the right thing. IF they do not, the president has a massive hammer he can drop, but he does not want to use that tool unless he must to save the Republic from rule by a fraudulent candidate and his socialist-commie minions.
So what is the trigger? ... there are two possible triggers: IF the SCOTUS refuses to attempt a remedy to this sedition; OR if sufficient states do not void the fraudulent counts and take the responsibility to make the EV panel reflect the will of the legitimately sovereign voters.
Substantive and procedural due process have been embodied and enshrined in our law since at least the 1850s. The notice requirement goes back to the King’s Court and is considered a fundamental requirement.

After what I’ve heard and seen in the committee hearings I’ve watched in Georgia and other states, I believe her. The fact is, people are discounting the evidence while refusing to look at it.
ARkansas is not on the board. The immediate concern is the states we need to flip to save the Presidency. Then we can back a motivated Trump to eradicate/fumigate the whole corrupt voting system.
After seeing the video of the illegal vote counting today, my first question was ‘Why hasn’t the Fulton County Elections Supervisor been arrested?’
And secondly, doesn’t this blow up the Georgia certification? How can anyone call this honest? They certainly processed enough illegal ballots to change the result.

And I understand the purpose of notifying the other party, my point here is that the other party is fully notified, and this is just a technicality bit of nonsense thrown up to slow down the process.

I agree. I asked on another thread if there were any other instances of the negative coat-tails that manifested in Nebraska. I haven’t heard of any other races where the president massively under-performed winning down-ballot Republicans.
