You’ve seen anecdotal clips introduced in the court of public opinion. Aside from some affidavits, NOTHING has been presented in any court filing or complaint by Sydney Powell or Lin Wood. Affidavits may get you in the door, but then you get to have your witnesses cross-examined (and that has not happened, nor will it happen because the Dems and the courts are running out the clock, and neither Powell nor Wood can stop that). And, in the unlikely event that they DO manage to get in under the wire, there is no chance whatsoever that any higher court is going to overturn THIS election (though there may be a ruling or two that would affect future elections). Certainly SCOTUS is not going to overturn this election once the states certify and cast their respective EC votes (December 14, in this case).
And AG Barr and the DOJ have not and will not put forth ANY investigation into the voter fraud. You know that as well as me.
I’m not being a Debbie Downer; I’m just being realistic.
What we really need to focus on now is keeping at least one of the GA senate seats, because if we lose both of them, that’s the ball game. Or, are you expecting the courts to shoot down the far left agenda that is certain to come down the pike, and be confirmed by a Dem Congress and signed by a Dem rutabaga?
We need to rally around Trump or his heir apparent (if he decides to sit out 2024) and take back BOTH houses of Congress in 2022 and then sweep the 2024 elections.
I’m a fighter, and will be one to the day I die. But I know when to take our wins (like the increase of Republicans in the House) and cut our losses (the presidency) and gird up for another fight.
