If I’m reading this blurb correctly, Rudy et al. did not file a court complaint of fraud, such as the 600,000/3,200 Biden data dump revealed on Wednesday...?
Is this correct...?
Makes no sense...have to read more...
Correct. The Trump campaign has not claimed fraud in this case or in any other case. In fact they've taken pains to make clear they AREN'T claiming fraud. There are other lawsuits out there alleging fraud, but they aren't from Trump or the Trump campaign. While Rudy and Trump have talked about fraud in front of the cameras, they have not alleged fraud in any court of law.
I think that is being saved for SCOTUS.
To clarify - the campaign’s position was, to expedite + focus things, “this case is not a fraud case” - it’s based on other inequities; there was no statement that there was not fraud involved but, for purposes of decision, they didn’t need to go there. The district court and then court of appeals turned those words around to mean something other than was purported.
The way I understand it the 600,000/3,200 dump is all about the Dominion servers and that is where fraud will come in and that is Sidney Powells case.
This is what I just learned today through radio news about my own state of Washington.
If I was Guiliani I would present a case to the 3rds with some legit but minor complaints-—enough to get a ruling, but not enough to show all my cards.
I dont know the law.....does everything need to be presented from the start ?
It’s a win, though....onward to higher authorities.
