Exactly right. I cannot believe he put that in an email to all employees. To lose your executive position over THAT! Yikes.
It had to be the board of directors that pushed him out. Maybe they were looking for any reason to jettison him.
But getting fired for telling the uncomfortable truth is awful. “Cancel culture” is still roaring across the land.
Telling the Truth is often an imprudent act!
