How would this affect down ballots. John James should pull a John Kerry and un-concede the election. It could relieve some of the pressure on the Georgia runoff.. It might even deflate the lefts push to steal those seats.

In a court filing, you need _everything_ on the record, new or old.

It is obvious that some people confuse the ability to post with the ability to reason.
I just went to her website and sent a message “Sidney - the formatting is all messed up. People will ridicule you as incompetent. Please address”. The formatting and removal of spaces is so bad. I cannot believe that is the doc as she posted up to Michigan. Something must have been lost in transmission. It’s almost unreadable.

I think you are conflating a couple of different things. The sharpies were black but spoiled the ballots. The pink highlighters were used to cure mail-in ballots, but the machine couldn’t read them and they had to be cured again.

I have worked with lawyers of decent caliber on a number of projects involving the submission of legal documents and electronic transmission of legal documents. I am willing to postulate that the typos and spacing issues are largely a consequence of equipment problems - flawed OCR reconstruction of photocopies or faxes, etc. Obviously, I’m not handling the documents, but to me it looks like that. The physical copies, when they arrive, are likely to be immaculate.
Add to all that the necessity of producing a vast document in a very short timeframe (5 day window from certification in GA, for example) and some errors are going to occur.
Even if the documents are flawed in this version, and the judge(s) require corrections, they are already reading them in the current format. A few missing spaces are not going to slow them down one bit.

The pink-marking were the *first* thing brought out into the light because it was so obvious.
THEN the black sharpies.
Which by the way, were *not,not,not* acceptable, despite the many lies of the SOS and Dominion.
The contract made very clear that BLACK INK PEN had to be used.
Folks seeing the pink-marked items were what was triggered the alarm among the voters.

I believe it’s per charge.
That said, unfortunately the government usually drops everything to one charge. That really causes anger among victims and makes it easy for the criminal to do it again.
I would prefer a charge for every incident of any crime.
Yes, there is very little news about fraud down ticket.
It could mean the difference between winning the House or not.

There were cheap government pens on hand. Democrats and independents were given the cheap pens to vote with and republicans were given Sharpies.
But, hopefully this will all come out in court.
And hopefully when a true vote is counted, we will not have lost a senate seat (McSally).

At least 6 countries, multiple left wing foundations, a rogue element within NATO, multiple coordinated rogue US IC people (coordinated with Pelosi and SSCI [I have proof], were actually involved here, with the OCONUS kingpin pyramid being “topped” by China MSS, *and actually Russian GRU fingerprints (involved with DNC POC’s) are all over this (and perhaps the real organizational top).

Not sure the real outcome, but this past week, AZ Congressman Gosar was still trying to get to the bottom of how well over 100,000 legitimate absentee ballots from Arizona came up missing, and were found in Clark County, Nevada (Las Vegas).
As well, there appears to be somewhere north of 200,000 un-attributable ballots which were counted, and these don’t even touch the other myriad ways and reports of cheating throughout AZ, or how Dominion people were overseeing central AZ vote tallies in downtown Phoenix.
Also, the “sharpie” problem has been identified in multiple voting stations in metro Phoenix, and has been reported in several other states.
Something MUST BE DONE ABOUT THIS!!!! I am angry today!!
