With what was laid out, it would be merciful for the judge to just rule in Pres Trump’s favor right off the bat.
It’s quite clear it was all set up in advance.
The funniest (ironic) part was Tracy Abrahms (sp?) screaming about it being a bad system. LOL
Unfortunately, that's how it's done in the courts. Legal language is by design arcane and convoluted, lawyers have to justify their 7 years or so of college and law school. Otherwise, any simple plain language speaking schmuck could be a lawyer too. And we can't have that!
Seriously though, we are in a very good position with regard to this election. The vote fraud is being documented in many different venues and the weight of the evidence is already overwhelming, and we haven't even seen all of it yet.
The liberals I know are already underwhelmed with the so-called "Biden victory". Even if they don't admit it, they know deep inside their hearts that this election was stolen from Trump. Also, they aren't even passionate about their candidate (like we are about Trump). Even in the afterglow of a so-called victory over an incumbent president, Biden cannot draw very much of an audience to his scripted teleprompter speeches. For the Democrats, it was not about Biden but solely about "defeating Drumpf" and they needed a massive amount of cheating to accomplish that.
This is why I feel strongly that Trump will prevail. Even in the worst case scenario, Trump and his MAGA agenda comes out on top.
Let's consider first the worst case scenario: Somehow all the court challenges to the fraudulent election fail and Biden gets installed on January 20th. That would be a pyrrhic victory indeed as all of America will know that he did not truly win the election. Plus Trump would still have his very massive (majority) following and trust me, he would not quietly go into that good night.
Trump would be free to tweet and even parley to his heart's content (yes, I think he moves to Parler very soon regardless). He'd be doing massive rallies, drumming up support for MAGA congressional and senatorial candidates for the 2022 mid-terms (with an eye on 2024). Maybe even spearhead (and finance) his own media outlet. Or he could instead throw his support behind upstarts like OANN, NewsMax and RSBN and help them push past the fake news outlets.
That's the worst case scenario. Liberals think they are free of Trump and his supporters? Think again.
Now should Trump prevail in the courts and state legislatures to undo the fraud and secure his rightfully earned second term, all I can say is that the payback will be epic and he will clean out the Deep State like nobody's business.
Sounds like that stinking Dimocrat bill a few years back that was a thousand or more pages and NO ONE HAD READ THE DAMNED THING, and they said they HAD TO PASS IT SO EVERYONE COULD READ THE DAMNED THING!!! Who ever heard of such nonsense. Stinking Marxists are going to destroy this Republic in record time. Hell Russia did not fall as fast as this mob will tear down everything they can before we can blink. They already got a start when their Marxist Gangs, Al-foul-fa as I call them, started tearing everything down, demanding everything be taken away and rename the military bases. Fine, rename the damned things. BUT DOWN HERE IN ALABAMA, Slickie Dickie Klinton closed Fort McCLELLAN and it is now a national guard base. Change that damned YANKEE named base to one of our southern generals or heroes. Near here in Jacksonville, AL there is a Major John Pelham buried that was killed in the War of Northern Aggression. General Lee called him the “Gallant Pelham.” Name it after him. He was from Jacksonville and the main street of town is named after Pelham. There is also a statue in the town square of a confederate soldier. The liberals wanted to take it down. The town’s people said NO!!! It is still there. To hell with the Marxists. They will probably have Seattle give up their statue of Lenin and move it to the lawn of the White House in honor of the winning uprising.
