1) Sydney has her hands full. Maybe, deep state deployed Sullivan to give Sydney a bunch of headaches.

Flynn would never have been acquitted, would never have been free from further prosecution. Biden’s DOJ would’ve nailed him to the wall on every made up charge they could dream up. Sullivan would’ve been up for Justice job at SCOTUS as his reward for keeping the noose around Flynn’s neck all this time.

The circuit court is giving Sullivan a chance to decide what to do. If he dismisses it is over. Flynn can sue like crazy. He is probably running out the clock to see if Biden wins. If so, he can continue to oppress Flynn and there will be no bad consequences for the judge. Sidney may not be able to do anything until Sullivan does something. That may be advantageous as she may be very busy now. Once he makes a ruling then she can respond, probably taking up the matter with the circuit court, as I assume he will avoid a dismissal if he can.

I said it would last until right after the election. Judge, and I use the term loosely, Emmett Sullivan is a democrat, that’s obvious, and he just was trying to keep it going to influence the election. Democrats are slimey!
