By taking a pardon, Flynn is basically admitting guilt. There is no way an appeal or the SCOTUS would let this stand.

With the railroading he's been getting by this judge AND the appeals court he'd be nuts to turn down a pardon.

Not at all. To believe that, you have to believe that his conviction was an honest outworking of the judicial process. It was corrupt from the onset.

It is to get the corrupt bastards off his back, finally.
