So South Dakota and Florida and other free states can simply say, “No. Keep your money.” ....and that’s the end of it.
Someone needs to make t-shirts, with the words “NO, I WON’T!” and the international symbol for NO over a picture of a mask.
Anyone who wears that shirt may also need to open carry because some of these pro-mask libs can get REALLY crazy and nasty. Seeing someone carrying might give them pause before going berzerk

There will be thresholds in there for locking down. Probably a low case level. No dining in in restaurants, gyms, or in person attendance at schools regardless of level until heard immunity is achieved. No non-essential air travel either.
The Bonner County Sheriff here in north Idaho has stated that he will not enforce any mask mandates. County commissioner is proposing to defund the Health District.

When a store owner demands that I put it on, I do. It’s the only mask I’ve owned and it reads, in an attractive cursive font of course, “F*ck you, Gavin Newsom.” May as well have a little fun whenever and wherever possible.
And it only last 2-3 hours a day, 3-4 days max.

By the time this would get through...and survive a challenge in court.....the virus will be long gone.
Both of these senators should be impeached for abuse of their office. The Constitution is clear: Federal powers are specified (no masks mentioned). The document notes that all other matters are the responsibility of the states and the people.
This is just a backdoor bailout of blue states, with masks as a pretext. This has NOTHING to do with masks or COVID. The mask mandate is just a distraction, for the real headline which is the financial “grants”, aka blue state bailout.
The Conservinator issues proposed Kiss My A$$ legislation to all democrats, their staffs and their supporters!! Put that in your crack pipe and smoke it a while!!!
