President-elect Joe Biden has given a wide-ranging interview with NBC News, insisting his presidency will not be 'a third Obama term' and suggesting he will not pursue criminal investigations into President Donald Trump once he takes office.
Speaking to NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt in Wilmington, Delaware on Tuesday, Biden also revealed that he has not spoken to President Donald Trump directly since the election.
One day after a federal agency released a letter authorizing the transition to move forward, Biden described the Trump administration's transition efforts as 'sincere'.

He won’t use the DOJ. OK. What WILL he (they) use?
My guess: A continuous stream of lawsuits by minion ops. Death by a thousand knives, to bleed Donald Trump to insolvency, as a lesson to other outsiders.
I’ll put out this theory. Biden knows he and his son are in hot water in Ukraine, and there’s sufficient information to prosecute them on charges in the U.S. So, how about a deal? Trump lays off prosecuting Biden if Trump prevails, and Biden won’t prosecute Trump if he becomes President, and he will lean on others to lay off Trump too.
Bullshit. He won’t, but his AG will and he will say DOJ is independent and he cannot interferes with their decision and sadly he must allow them to do their work. And he will unleash the AGs in communist states like New York and then say he has no control over them.
Just watch.
When he said he won’t use the DOJ he means HE won’t order it. But he will appoint those who will and claim he cannot interfere with the “independence” of the DOJ.

That’s a lousy deal. Trump hasn’t done anything criminal, while the Biden’s are deep thick into it.
Trump should not give an inch. The very survival of not just his family but the USA as well.
