Did not mean to infer. I think the last paragraph with “Now Sidney Powell” influence me to think he single her out.

As far as proof, she has not stated the proof but pointed to the experts who can prove it. The problem is people are not reading or viewing the experts in software matters. I do not think a lot of voters can understand those experts.
They need to act fast before the public forgets about it.

Rush is NOT a lawyer. There is a way to do this sheite and one tiny mistake gives the courts an escape clause or a loophole which they will eagerly jump through. JMH(non legal)O.

I agree with Rush. Don’t claim stuff you can’t prove.
The real evidence is in the statistics and the affidavits. Things changed between 3-4 am, and those things only follow a pattern of exactly the same in multiple states.
My hunch is that the pre-printed ballots needed to be assigned to someone who hadn’t voted. They didn’t know who that was until roughly 3-4 AM Nov. 4th. Then, they brought them in and assigned them to voters who had not returned ballots. That explains the crazy high voter turnouts rates, that are NOT expected in an election that isn’t compulsory. Further, it explains the delay. Also, it explains why the Georgia recount (which didn’t check signatures) didn’t demonstrate ballot stuffing. In order to make this possibility fly, the signature verification system had to be disabled. That means the signature system wasn’t working in multiple battleground states. This should also be easy to test.
The only way to be sure that my theory is correct is to cross check SIGNATURES with a working verification system, to existing on file signatures. (Which is what Trump requested....)
In order to pull this off, the democrats needed pre-printed ballots in positions, a accurate up to date list of who hadn’t voted, and the signature verification systems tampered with. They had to have the observers gone (that’s why 3-4am) and access to the machines. In some areas they would have also needed pre-loaded sticks with the votes on them, to put into the computers, to do it fast enough. That’s a hell of a big conspiracy, which makes it a bit hard to believe, but the evidence thus far takes us there.
So.....either we have Republic and we are willing to take a hard look at what happened and follow the law, or we are rapidly headed to place no American wants it to go. No amount of media cover-up will fix that.
Actually, the hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots counted in enforced secrecy, illegally, is about as “bombshell” as it can get. What more does anyone want?
Rush, like others, is looking at the political side.
A lot of people are upset at all the claims of fraud and time passing and nothing happening. Time is of the essence here and it’s been squandered.

You are correct, although many here do not like the idea. She may be on to something, but Powell has grasped on to a very complex theory - and proving it such that nothing can be denied in court, will literally take an entire investigative team, with subpoenas many months to investigate. NOT gonna happen in the next 3 weeks (and if Trump loses, it will never happen)
Swing state Mail-in ballot fraud, improper handling of ballots, improper supervision, dirty voter rolls - this is clear, has obvious laws and remedies in each state, and this is where Trump’s team is going to focus. The clock is ticking on electoral college certification.
Rush has been wrong, very wrong in the past: NAFTA, Trump during the primaries, Apple, Bush. Sydney’s track record so far has been 99.9%, NOT Rush’s. (I do love Rush, don’t get me wrong)

Her case is very complex and she will not be able to deliver until next year if they don’t block her.

The evidence is presented. That we don’t particularly understand it is on us. But there are over 100 affidavits, and massive statistical evidence that there was massive vote fraud.
Of course it doesn’t help if none of this makes it past the Enemedia.
