This is a state court, why would it go to the SCOTUS? They might try a federal court, but I doubt they would take it up.

I cannot imagine the Supreme Court abiding this nonsense. It is an affront to the Constitution and makes an already corrupt election a ridiculous farce.

Yup. that was the plan for SCOTUS. There was a reason why Graham was nominating more than 200 judges like clockwork for 4 years BECAUSE of these assholes.

It is in the US Constitution that one must be a US Citizen to vote in Federal elections I believe.

SCOTUS is not going to hear a case about 8,000 ballots in Pennsylvania-- it won't change the outcome in that state, much less in the total EC votes.
