New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy was called “a d–k” by foul-mouthed, maskless hecklers who interrupted him having dinner with his family, according to a viral video.
“Oh my God, Murphy, you are such a d–k,” one woman could be heard telling the governor in the video seen more than 1.2 million times since it was posted by Breaking 911 on Sunday night.
“You’re having fun with your family, in the meantime you’re having all kind of bulls–t going on?” another female voice heckled the politician as he dined outside with wife Tammy and their four children.
The governor — who recently introduced new restrictions in the Garden State in the run-up to Thanksgiving — initially laughed off the hecklers and went back to his meal.
One of his sons, however, clapped back by suggesting the hecklers were “a little too drunk” and asking them to put on masks.
“‘You can go f–k yourself, how’s that?” one of the women snapped.
“I don’t need a f–king mask. You know why I don’t need a mask? Because there ain’t nothing f–king wrong with me,” she said.
By the end of the clip, Murphy had put on a mask as the women repeatedly told his family to “get the f–k outta here.”
The governor’s office did not immediately reply to requests for comment.

When you issue edicts that are meant to inflict economic and psychological misery upon the people you govern, and then you AND your family (who know damn well about the restrictions) get caught PUBLICLY and BRAZENLY flouting the same rules that you imposed, then you bet your ass that the family is fair game. ESPECIALLY when one of your family makes a snarky, elitist comment back to you.

Nonsense. Liberals hectored conservatives in restaurants and other public places. They started this, now they can get a taste of their own medicine.
I live in NJ. Murphy deserves this and worse.
It shouldn’t be tough at all. Maxine Waters called for this kind of thing to happen to conservatives. Let the liberals feel the anger of real Americans.

I guess all of the threats made by Maxine Waters and her ilk are ok? They can all go eff themselves, pushback can be a bitch. There will be no lowering of the "temperature" while they continue to harass US. It's way past time we started doing the same.

The problem is that the woman in the video didn't really make that point. She didn't say anything coherent, didn't say anything about Murphy's arrogance and indifference, about the damage his pointless, ineffective executive orders are doing to his constituents. For all of their talk about following the science, not one of these politicians does anything of the sort. What she should have done was ask him, if masks and distancing and plexiglass and lockdowns work, why are we still doing it after almost 9 months? What makes him believe that continuing to do the same thing, which has proven to be completely useless, as well as causing more damage that it is meant to prevent, will somehow magically work if we just keep doing it longer and harder than we have already?
We've had one extension of all of this crap after another. Remember "15 days to flatten the curve"? What ever happened to that? Yeah, it went by, and then they extended it, and extended it, and extended it. Now we have states going BACK into "lockdown", and they're being told its just for 10 or 20 or 30 days. Does any fool actually believe that?
My limited experience tells me, and I have heard from others...there is No reasoning with them. See, that’s our trouble, we are reasonable, they are not.
Sometimes you are more effective with a simple EFF YOU.

That poor woman who screamed at him was at the end of her patience. I know how she feels.
The table, plates, silverware, and family of Phail Murphy needed to be left glistening with Lysol; you know, for their safety.
A elected official should not treat any constituent with such disrespect by flaunting the famous "rules for thee but not for me" in public.
I would have called the cops on him and his spawn.
