Not only does she take on, by name, prosecutors and former prosecutors who continue to serve in powerful and responsible positions, she is also relentless in criticizing judges before whom she has practiced for years. Few lawyers have the stones to do this......
A lesson for those who would question the claims she is making to the voter fraud allegations in the 2020 US elections – Sidney Powell does not bluff her way through legal cases, she takes cases where injustice can be revealed.
Experienced lawyers such as these three would never take this kind of risk unless they had ironclad evidence to support their claims. ..We know that Powell and Giuliani are not only risking their personal wealth, the reputations, and their jobs.
Leftists are smearing her name. Anarchists are threatening her and her family. Million-dollar media giants are determined to suppress or twist her words. The Chinese communist party has most of the famed legal firms in America on retainer ready to file suit against her.
Patriotic Americans owe her and Rudy a debt of gratitude for defending the cornerstone of our democratic system.

Who dares to bet against Sidney Powell?
I’m getting the very distinct impression that this article was written before 6 PM tonight.
Here’s my personal thoughts on the latest development...
The thing about Trump team lawyers, Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani is they believe that there indeed were fraud but they are NOT WILLING to accept the ENORMITY and WORLDWIDE magnitude of it and its implications for the entire government of the USA on every level... federal and state.
That is why they now distance themselves from their former team mate, Sidney Powell.
Sidney Powell’s accusations are EXTRAORDINARY ( an understatement ) and perhaps Rudy and Jenna can’t seem to fathom and believe or accept the magnitude of it all, preferring to consider only mail-in voting fraud and constitutional issues.
Consider what Sidney Powell is saying:
* She accuses Dominion of perpetrating a massive election fraud with their software, in effect, stealing the election from the legitimate winner — Donald Trump.
* She says that the cheating software was developed in Venezuela precisely to cheat on elections in Latin America and was used in other countries and in our country
* She says that Trump actually won 80 million votes ( that’s 8 million more than he actually won ), and Biden stole those votes from Trump.
* She accuses government at the top level of being involved in this massive cheating, implicating the CIA and demanding that their director Gina Haspell be fired. She accuses the Justice department of doing nothing about it.
* She accuses governors ( specifically the governor of Georgia and the Secretary of State ) of accepting kickbacks in order for Dominion to be used as the tabulating system in theirs and various other states.
* She implies that there was a server related to the cheating of our election in Germany and that it was seized by “the good guys” ( whoever they are ).
* She says that election data are routed overseas — to Barcelona, Germany, etc. for manipulation. This implies that foreign actors are involved.
I have to stop here because the accusations she levels are MIND BOGGLING.
And to top that, she claims that she has evidence to prove them all !!
Extraordinary accusations require extraordinary evidence... and most of all, TIME to prove and present to the courts. Here’s the problem - we don’t have much time.
The entire thing will take MONTHS, even YEARS to litigate in court and will go past the December 14 deadline when the electors have to convene. I think Trump’s team is aware of the deadline, that’s why they cut Powell loose to pursue the matter separately.
That’s the way I see it for now.

How do you know how many he “actually” won? She says he won 80 million, you say he “actually” won 72 million. Maybe you’re right and she’s wrong, but right now I would not bet that way.

A very good synopsis, in my untrained opinion.
As you stated, even if a fraction of her accusations have merit, it would take months to multiple years to unravel the tale and turn it into a case presentable for any courtroom.
We don’t have months or multiple years to settle our most immediate concern: Who’s The Boss?
I’m starting to wonder if this is done intentionally by the Trump team to indeed distance themselves from Sidney, but not because of any ill will.
Sidney mentioned there are Republicans involved too, I’d say that means there are going to be some members of the GOP go down too. Maybe even some friendlies.
This will allow Team Trump to say “don’t come to us, talk to Sidney”. This may be about to get really nasty. This could be the start of a true swamp draining.

I think you accurately assessed the situation, however...
She won the case for LTG Flynn, but could not overcome the venality and extrajudicial actions of a thoroughly corrupt ideologue in black robes.
We’re all facing this kind of corruption now.
She has done decent white collar defense work, including in Federal courts of appeals. But Judge Sullivan has shown no fear of (or respect for) her in their numerous encounters on the Flynn matter. She has no political wins, and to my knowledge has never argued before the SCOTUS. Contrast with Bush v. Gore lead attorney Ted Olsen and see the contrast. She seems way out of her league. And worse, her making this personal and about herself has harmed the President’s cause thus far. Tomorrow is the likely last day his “team” has to “do something.” (pray there’s more than the clownish Rudy and green Jenna Ellis)
I’m glad you got out of that situation. It sounds rather dangerous. Yes. Stay aware of our surroundings at all times when in the community.
