Nobody should take what is said in the open as an absolute.
Watch and learn..what they file as a lawsuit is the absolute.
Then, the hints dropped by the SCOTUS are another. One very important was when Alito told PA to sort out votes after a certain time. They did not and that WILL NOT GO WELL when it gets up to the SCOTUS.
Here’s my personal thoughts on the latest development...
The thing about Trump team lawyers, Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani is they believe that there indeed were fraud but they are NOT WILLING to accept the ENORMITY and WORLDWIDE magnitude of it and its implications for the entire government of the USA on every level... federal and state.
That is why they now distance themselves from their former team mate, Sidney Powell.
Sidney Powell’s accusations are EXTRAORDINARY ( an understatement ) and perhaps Rudy and Jenna can’t seem to fathom and believe or accept the magnitude of it all, preferring to consider only mail-in voting fraud and constitutional issues.
Consider what Sidney Powell is saying:
* She accuses Dominion of perpetrating a massive election fraud with their software, in effect, stealing the election from the legitimate winner — Donald Trump.
* She says that the cheating software was developed in Venezuela precisely to cheat on elections in Latin America and was used in other countries and in our country
* She says that Trump actually won 80 million votes ( that’s 8 million more than he actually won ), and Biden stole those votes from Trump.
* She accuses government at the top level of being involved in this massive cheating, implicating the CIA and demanding that their director Gina Haspell be fired. She accuses the Justice department of doing nothing about it.
* She accuses governors ( specifically the governor of Georgia and the Secretary of State ) of accepting kickbacks in order for Dominion to be used as the tabulating system in theirs and various other states.
* She implies that there was a server related to the cheating of our election in Germany and that it was seized by “the good guys” ( whoever they are ).
* She says that election data are routed overseas — to Barcelona, Germany, etc. for manipulation. This implies that foreign actors are involved.
I have to stop here because the accusations she levels are MIND BOGGLING.
And to top that, she claims that she has evidence to prove them all !!
Extraordinary accusations require extraordinary evidence... and most of all, TIME to prove and present to the courts. Here’s the problem - we don’t have much time.
The entire thing will take MONTHS, even YEARS to litigate in court and will go past the December 14 deadline when the electors have to convene. I think Trump’s team is aware of the deadline, that’s why they cut Powell loose to pursue the matter separately.
That’s the way I see it for now.
Sidney keeps poking the bad guys trying to get them to sue her so she can get discovery. Maybe Rudy etal don’t want to be named in any such suits.
So, what will we find out Trump and Co. was really doing while the cats were all laser pointered on lawyers?
I did not think this was a big deal, because I heard Sidney Powell say during the press conference that she was getting paid by private donations. But the way some of the MSM and people here on FR responded was ridiculous. Lin Wood is not getting paid by President Trump either is Joe DiGenova or his wife Victoria Toensing. They’re working on this for Trump too. They were on stage at the press conference, they didn’t say anything, but they were on stage. This is not a big deal. And what’s with Breitbart and their doom and gloom. You would think they were a high school paper the way they reacted.

Obviously, she is not working for the campaign’s legal team or for President Trump, so who is she working for?
Whatever information she has seen, it sounds like a LOT of fun and I can’t wait till the show and tell party starts!
A lot of people (not Democrats or Never Trumpers) are concluding she’s been fibbing.
Sidney recently, and not subtly, accused a Republican Governor (Kemp) of literally being on the take. Now, she may be absolutely correct, having to do with the purchase of Dominion machines for GA, but it is quite an accusation to make openly. I think the rest of the team recoiled at such a statement, and DJT probably even got a few phone calls over it.
This, in my opinion, is why we’re at this point tonight.
That said, it doesn’t really mean much. Sydney can do or say whatever she’s comfortable with, based on the information she’s seeing. I have a lot of faith that she’s not grandstanding. At the end of the day, some folks will be charged. Will it prove everything? Not sure. Will it prevent Joe from taking the reigns? Yet to be seen. The EC votes in December, but there’s a lot of time before inauguration.
Things will likely start falling apart for the Biden team before Jan 20th. In the meantime, Pres. DJT cannot appear to look like a sore loser - Go through the motions, and state your piece. Start the transition in good faith, but keep your cards as close as possible. From what Powell is working on, there would be no precedent in history for such an organized assault on our freedom. The resolution will take care of itself. We will not swear in a court proven cheater. The overall American public (even many Democrats) will not stand for it.
The rest of Trump’s team are going after, what I would call, “traditional” fraud. They should. It’s bigger than most Americans realize, and it will outrage many. The problem is, it’s likely not enough to tip the scales. It will, however, sow extreme doubt in the Democrats, just prior to the final blow.
I don’t think it’s out of place to say that we could witness a do over, in an off year. This all depends on exactly what Powell can prove.
If Rudy is the best we can come up with we deserve to lose. Why can’t President Trump find a lawyer who can speak in an intelligent and well thought out manner that average people can understand? Why can’t we get a lawyer who understands that you first need to get your hands on hard evidence to support a court case rather than ambiguous arguments like “theres just no way they could have received so many votes in such a short amount of time”. Judge will always expect such a claim to be backed up with actual evidence. We have lost many cases for just that reason. We have to understand that only democrats are allowed such low bars when it comes to evidence.
