Al Sharpton should be ashamed of himself. On his MSNBC show on Saturday night, Sharpton said that once a coronavirus vaccine becomes available, black leaders will need to be:

"convinced ourselves that the vaccine is fine to take or that it is not something that we’ve experienced in our own history in the black community like the Tuskegee experiment."

As I understand Tuskegee, the black men were given a placebo. Whites were give the vaccine which would supposedly cure syphilis.

Years later when Clinton apologized to the black men, the only ones alive were the ones who got the placebo, i.e., no treatment.

No whites who received the vaccine had lived until Clinton made his apologies. I never understood the logic of this apology. Did he mean, “Sorry, Dude, we did not treat you and you were forced to survive”?

So whites were vaccinated, blacks were not. Whites died, blacks lived.

I give Al Sharlaton two saving Graces, though it ain't much compared to the crap he's done over the years. The 1992 Dem primary for US Senate. It was a bizarre 4-way race between the ultimate winner, Robert Abrams, who proved to be a cuckboi over his handling of the Tawana Brawley hoax, and was handily defeated by Al d'Amato, Liz "hatchet face" Holtzman, Gerry "the chin" Ferarro and Sharpton himself. Sharpton actually got more votes than Holtzman and came within less than 2000 votes of Ferraro effectively ending their "illustrious" political careers.
He also did point out an example of show biz hypocrisy by comparing HELLywood to the Rocky Mountains. The higher up you go the "Whiter" it gets. But he's still a weapons grade POS

AL SHARPTON: Now, you have — and many in elected office, and many of us that are not that have public platforms, have the dual problem of, one, making sure that if a vaccine does come about, that it is distributed in areas that have — desert areas when it comes to health services.

And, convincing a lot of people in the community, once we’re convinced ourselves, that the vaccine is fine to take or that it is not something that we’ve experienced in our own history in the black community like the Tuskegee experiment. So on one hand, we got to know that this is real, and that it is something that is something we could endorse for people to take, and then we have to make sure it’s available, which gives you a double problem that many mayors will not have to face in this country.

Does the name “TAWANA BRAWLEY” mean anything? Does his agitation that led to the death of at least 6 So. Korean/Asian merchants in NYC mean anything? Does his anti-Semitism mean anything? Does his association with communist/Marxists and racist organizations (such as his NAN - National Action “Extortion” Network”), mean any thing?

P.T. Barnum is crapping in his coffin thinking “Why didn’t I come up with his type of hoaxes? I’d have made millions with those tactics”.
