A source who spoke to Breitbart News on background suggested that the team had hoped to work with her, but that Powell’s public claims had gone beyond the scope of the evidence they had seen and believed they could prove in court.
Powell had pursued a theory that Dominion voting machines, operating with Smartmatic software, were manipulable and had been responsible for switching votes from Trump to Democratic challenger Joe Biden. She also alleged that Dominion had worked with foreign governments, including Venezuela, and produced an affidavit purporting to support that allegation.
She had not yet provided evidence that votes had actually been changed, however, and has faced increasing public criticism.

Here’s how I see it....
Trump is running for president as a 2020 presidential candidate, and his legal team is carrying out litigation under the framework of Trump for the President.
On the other hand, Sidney Powell represents the American Voters in filing a lawsuit against the government and government officials for election fraud.
She operates as a separate law firm, and the case can exclude Trump factors, making it easier to succeed.
Evidence of election fraud in Dominion’s multi-trick system is the use of the military to seize servers. If the lawsuit is carried out under the Trump campaign, it may involve the legality of obtaining evidence. But attorney Powell’s withdrawal from the team of lawyers will help her release the evidence obtained by the government.
Excellent analysis. Agree fully. The team that got the servers were part of the US Government acting on National Security grounds and under the pertinent US Code. They were not sent by the Trump Campaign.
The work with the servers and the actual ELECTION FRAUD perpetrated by foreign actors, and this comes under the Presidential Executive Order. Election infrastructure security comes under National Security purview. Independent of the Campaign’s legal team, Sidney Powell (who continues to represent General Flynn) works to prove the widespread falsification of election data and recording as conducted by persons known and as yet unknown. So on one level this information is not buried by culpable Clowns in Action bad actors and the information contained within certain unbreakable compartments away from their grimy hands.
It seems certain that the obamauma/brennan embed at Clowns in Action and also in Federal Bureau of Matters— were ALL in for corrupt fraudulent election results for THEIR candidate- so necessary to keep the cover on their actions for the past 16 plus years. Same as it was for hillary to have been elected to continue their sinister anti American agenda and... profit. They know or think they know what is coming to all of them,and acting this crazy and coming after Sidney was a line of attack.
This move by Giuliani is both essential,and brilliant. Rest assured Trump has spoken with Sidney and she is on board with the separate efforts for making the case. Media a@@wipes like Carlson aside.

That Flynn was railroaded was public knowledge long before Powell appeared on that scene. I think Powell means well but if she had the goods no way Trump would be dropping her. Occam’s razor applies here. No need for sunshine pumping fantasies.
In other words, it’s not clear what Trump’s strategy is to win WI, MI, PA, and GO without a massive Dominion case.
It looks to me like this stolen election is mostly a case of old fashioned ballot box stuffing with mail in ballots in particular. There just isn’t going to be smoking gun proof of that. The fantastical Dominion server stuff is not helpful. It just makes everybody supporting POTUS look nutty.
You have this incorrect friend. GA did a hand recount- recounting the fraudulent ballots along with all the others it never was an Audit— just a hand recount.Result is within 0.5% difference,and so the Trump Campaign has requested a TRUE AUDIT as per GA election law. Requested it..today.
Concomitantly, Jay Sekulow (who is with the Campaign’s attorneys) is filing a major suit in federal court in GA either tomorrow or Tuesday. Not knowing what this is— could very well incorporate individuals who might affect the carrying out of this Audit— and thus be actionable to SCOTUS for eliminating the audited illegal ballots— all of them.
For “Standing” before the SCOTUS the legal presenters representation has to be a unified group. Powell is still representing General Flynn do not forget. Dismissal of his case is essential, and should be kept separated from the Trump Campaign (vs. Flynn’s short illegally harrassed job in the Trump government administration— a separate entity as the Chief Executive of the USA, and CIC of the US Military).
Legally likely had to to represent us, the voters.

What IS Sydney Powell’s role in this? I thought she was on Trump’s legal team, but I read something today that said she is not.
If what she has is true, then who cares if it sounds fantastical. She’s calling it what it is.

Back in University, I had a die hard Jets fan across the hall. One weekend the Jets were favoured by 14. Near the end of the first quarter, they were down by 14, when the guy across the hall wanders in and starts going on about the Jets. I was keeping track of things by radio (it was the fall of ‘88) and when he asked me to bet, said no, and I said was he sure he wanted to bet, he was, and I said was he willing to give me the points, and he was. So I took the bet. I don’t remember if the Jets came back to win, but they sure didn’t cover. I think I only took him for $10—in part because it was pretty close to theft in my mind, but perhaps also because I didn’t want him to check into how the game was actually going.
Yes sir. It’s time to play a game I call “keep your head.” The one who doesn’t lose his head wins. It’s really about patience. Most of us have been robbed of our patience. Awareness / patience exercises like that one could save a life, especially in a violent environment.
