what he’s saying is that if biden’s vote counted for 1.25 in the machine and Trump’s counted for .75, that would have showed in the recount.

Think that one could eliminate the so called “pristine” mail in ballots with only 1 vote (Biden) in the thousands. Pristine as in ... 1).there are NO FOLDS or creases in the paper 2.) the comparison to ballots that were mailed in in envelopes that are a certain size, requiring printer made folds to fit the envelope... and 3.) the envelope in which they arrived as has been said— should be saved, for a FULL count- one ballot one return envelope (the voted ballot once removed from the envelope becomes— anonymous. the number of envelopes should match the number of so called mailed in ballots. The envelopes don’t have to be paired up with a voted ballot— just be the same number.
