Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) late Friday evening certified the state's presidential election results following a hand recount, where former Vice President Joe Biden came out by roughly 12,000 votes. During the recount President Donald Trump picked up an additional 888 votes. Kemp did, however, call for another hand recount, citing major errors in Floyd, Douglas and Walton Counties, CBS News reported.
Kemp's concern wasn't the legitimacy of the hand count but rather the process that took place. Specifically, he cited thousands of uncounted ballots being found in various counties while the hand recount was taking place.
The governor, who previously served as secretary of state, said the signatures on absentee ballots weren't looked at or scrutinized. It's why he's called on Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) to conduct a "sample audit of signatures on absentee ballot envelopes and compare those to the signatures on applications and on file that the secretary of state's office."
The problem with an audit, election officials said, is that it's impossible to compare ballots to envelopes since the envelope is opened and separated from the ballot. This is done to keep the voter's pick secretive.
Although Kemp has come under fire from the Trump campaign not to certify the election, the governor stated he had a legal obligation to do so.
“He’s a fighter,” the governor said of President Trump. “But at the end of the day, I’ve got to follow the laws of the constitution of this state and that’s exactly what I’m doing.”
The George State Constitution requires the governor to certify the election results Raffensperger provided on Thursday, Kemp explained to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The one good thing that comes from certifying the results, Kemp said, is that the Trump campaign has the ability to challenge the results in court.
“I would just say I’m formalizing the certification," he said. "Now that Secretary Raffensperger certified, it triggers the ability of the Trump campaign to ask for the recount. If something were to happen, I’m still part of that process. So my take on all this is: I’m following the law and the rules."
According to Kemp, the Trump campaign can ask for another state-funded recount since the results are within a half-point of one another. They will have until Tuesday to make the ask.
The one thing Kemp and Raffensperger said they hope comes out of this: state reforms that require an ID for mail-in ballots.
“I’d be open to working with both bodies in the House and Senate, and the lieutenant governor and the speaker, as well on that," Kemp said. “Georgians deserve a process where the integrity of the vote is not a question – and certainly it is on a lot of people’s minds. That’s part of the issue of what’s going on right now.”

Paraphrasing: The main fraud was done on Dominion voting machines using software that is designed to flip votes. (The same software is also used in voting machines made by companies other than Dominion.)
Our votes went to 3 other companies. In Frankfurt and Barcelona our votes were manipulated by Smartmatic. (They are Amazon servers.)
The servers are run by another company called Scytl. That is where the manipulation is undertaken. The Scytl servers report out to another company called Clarity. Clarity did the real-time reporting that you saw on TV. That’s why so many people caught instances on TV where you had 560 votes disappearing from the Republicans and 560 being added to the Democrats. That was when they did the vote flipping.
But what happened to them was they had to institute massive fraud on the paper ballot portion of the fraud because Trump won by such a huge margin on the same day in-person election day, that they had to stop the count in several key states, so they could bring in truckloads of false, fake mail ballots, 100 thousand in Detroit for example, all of them for Biden, no votes down ticket, many of them in pristine conditions, like I’ve seen in Georgia.

HE HAS NOT CERTIFIED ANYTHING in regards to the choice of Electors from Georgia,ie the Presidential electors. He certified the hand recount. The little “catch” is a HUGE one.
Trump WILL be requiring an AUDIT count, which will examine ALL OF THE BALLOTS...with the presence of DHS federal agents to verify all the PAPER mail in ballots. Which are “watermarked” and block-chain secret id’d. US wide this is the case.

Every time an American looked at an item for where it was made in it came from China. Now China’s reliance making everything was being threatened by a change in leadership in America which was a major consumer of those products. When Americans hailed their leaders decision to make many of them in their country US. Their politburo worried.
Worse yet opponents to the Chinese regime in power had its citizens protesting its policies , as in Hong Kong, since that change in American leadership wave the American flag and present Trump’s name when doing so. All of which presented those in power the need to destroy that leader Donald Trump.
Would a runaway plague created by a nation which could threaten populations of an enemy cause them to react by demanding extreme restriction of movement by its population to prevent its spread ? Thus wind up fragmenting its economy and create defeat for that leader’s upcoming election.
By mixing in false or undocumented mail ins with regular votes, the Dems have irreparably spoiled large portions of ballots none of which can be included in the vote.
Can they make sure in time for the Jan 5 Runoff that Absentee Ballot signatures are verified BEFORE Envelope is separated from the Ballot?

According to GA law they are required to look at the signature on the ballot and then match it to the signature on record in the registrar’s office not the application. That is the whole premise of Lin Wood’s lawsuit. Kemp and Raffy cut an illegal deal with Dems last March to arbitrarily change the law. They do not have the authority to do it.
Gov. Kemp is dirty and could not do a better job showing it.
So, will they follow the Law and do the Signature Match in the Jan 5 Runoff?
