Is that a bad link or is it just my browser?
It has DDOS protection by Cloudflare to avoid being shut down by commies.
On some browsers, the commies cooperate by not allowing anything to go through Cloudflare DDOS protection.
Keep trying, or try to get into it outside of Google Chrome etc.
