Thursday evening, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives voted to approve an audit of the 2020 election.
The Republican-controlled chamber voted 112 – 90 to instruct the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct the audit and report back by early February or hire a contractor to do so. House Democrats objected to the measure, calling it unconstitutional.
The resolution doesn’t require approval by the state Senate or Democrat Governor Tom Wolf.
The Trump campaign is currently contesting the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania.
According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the committee will generate a report which will include county-by-county and statewide audits.
• For both absentee and mail-in ballots, the number of applications received, the number that were approved by the county board of elections, and the number returned by voters that were subsequently canvassed.
• The number of qualified voters who used provisional ballots.
• The number of applications for absentee ballots from people who were not registered to vote, but subsequently did submit a voter registration application in time for the election — and the same information concerning mail-in ballots.
• For each county, the date and time that the county board of elections began pre-canvassing absentee ballots and mail-in ballots.
The report will also include “reviews of incidents with voting machines; of ‘any inconsistent treatment’ of mail-in ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day; of any inconsistencies in the way counties processed ‘deficient’ ballots; and of access given to poll watchers and ‘authorized representatives.'”

SOMETHING is happening behind the scenes, folks.
The lamestream media blackout of anything fraudulent about this election is not working.
The dumb-ass Demons were so desperate to cheat Trump that they stopped all counting of ballots in order to recalibrate the machines when their cheat algorithm wasn't strong enough to overcome Trump's lead. They left a trail. If this election had been close we would have NEVER KNOWN.
Thanks to their hatred completely blinding them to the consequences, we now know about Dominion and it as well as all counting machines are on their way out. The jig is up!
The lamestream media KNOWS that their gaslighting of 'president-elect Biden' has not worked. They couldn't get Trump to concede!

Exactly -- DO NOT APPOINT ELECTORS AT ALL.
Appointing your own electors sets a dangerous precedent that Demons would surely do in spite of a fair election, if they ever got control of the legislature in a red state. If PA, then one of MI AZ NV WI or GA refuses to appoint electors, it goes to the House and Trump wins.

Dear Pennsylvania Legislature:
1) Get you head out of the sand and acknowledge that fraud took place and the vote totals are not valid.
2) Therefore, set your Electoral College votes for the person you choose.
3) THEN do your audit.
I’ve seen the EC math done two ways:
1) Winner must win a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, i.e., the total number appointed is 538, therefore the winner must have >(538 *.5) = 270.
2) Winner must win a majority of the whole number of Electors appointee, i.e., if PA and Georgia fail to certify their 36 EC seats, then only 502 Electors are appointed - therefore the winner must have >(502 *.5) = 252.
Do you know which is correct?
The wording in the 12th amendment is:
“The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed..”
I don’t think it is clear what constitutes an Elector being “appointed”. In other words, if PA does not certify its 20 Electors, are the 20 Electors still considered “appointed”, and therefore still part of the total 538?

It has to be completed by February. I could lead an audit team and complete this audit inside of two weeks, with adequate resources, and issue a report.
That said, if the audit is NOT completed, if the periodic status reports demonstrate major findings, the solution for the legislature will be simple.
You cannot certify and seat your electors until such time as the audit concludes.
If you miss the mid December deadline, oh well, your Electoral Votes are removed from the equation and the election heads to the U.S. House of Representatives.

ok, how about your electors are not selected until that time. your choice.
Those are good questions for constitutional lawyers, and I’ve not seen any touch this subject yet. Looks like there could be arguments for both sides, so let’s hope it doesn’t go there, and Team Trump can prove the vote “flipping” happened, or that mail in ballots were illegal, etc, which would make him the outright winner.
