In mid-November, Lin Wood filed suit against the state of Georgia addressing the first agreement signed by the Georgia Secretary of State that Wood believes is illegal.

Lin Wood stated: "The lawsuit was against the Secretary of State and other appropriate defendants from a March 2020 Consent Settlement that the Secretary of State entered into in litigation with the Democratic Party … that Consent Agreement made substantive changes in the absentee voting rules.

"You can’t do that."

" Only the state legislature is permitted to make a change in a federal election conducted in the state … As a result, you’ve got fraud of a massive amount through mail votes and you’ve also got fraud in the computer voting machines. "

"Trump won by such a large margin that they had to go out and get these mail votes in the middle of the night and try to carry some of the key states. But in Georgia the election is void and unlawful. It’s going to work through the court system unless the state legislators take action in advance of the courts."

" Because the election is void there’s going to have to be a new election.....not for President..... they’re going to have to do that through the electoral college."

"But every down-ballot contest is going to have to be re-done. Not going to be a run-off, there’s going to have to be a new election.”

Lin Wood filed a suit requesting Georgia not accept the current results of the election due to the rules being changed and votes being made up. Wood’s emergency motion was denied by a Georgia court. In response, Wood will appeal the decision.

You are the first person to mention that. What happened to the old consent agreement where GOP had to promise not to talk about voter fraud? I know the judge on it first died, but his successor kept it going.

I sent this to L. Lin Wood. I wonder if he will amend his case to include it. His original case filed on 11/13 (not the TRO he filed Wednesday) was concerning SOS making a secret settlement deal with democrats in March which changed signature verification rules and allowed for curing, which in effect changed Ga election laws. Well the SOS cannot change election laws, it has to go through GA Legislature. The agreement was illegal, the election in GA was conducted using illegal procedures and an honest judge would nullify the whole thing.

The old consent decree expired Dec 1, 2017. The expiration was upheld by an Obama appointed judge!

As reported by NJ.com on January 9, 2018, Judge Vazquez ruled that the Democratic National Committee did not prove that the RNC violated the Consent Decree prior to its Dec. 1, 2017, expiration date. And with that, Judge Vazquez, an Obama appointee, ended that noxious 1982 Consent Decree legal agreement between the RNC and DNC which had tied the Republican Party’s hands from contesting elections and investigating vote fraud for 36 years.

May the guilty parties found in this current mess be arrested and thrown in the deepest part of the jail. We have lived with this corruption for far too long!

You raise an important question!

There are two litigation agreements readily available on the record. A March 6, 2020 agreement with GA concerning mail-in signature procedures and a March 8 agreement with Gwinnett county concerning the form of the envelope (and perhaps the ballot itself).

(The plaintiffs were represented by Hillary and Obama's D.C law firm and one could question just how hard the defense lawyers worked on behalf of GA voters!)

Neither of those agreements concern promises to not discuss fraud or the registration date for run-off election voters.

However, the GA SOS office advises the final registration date for run-off voters was December 7. That date is clearly inconsistent with the 2019 statute referred to upthread.

It appears something significant happened to that statutory language during this critical period. Perhaps, as you suggest there is yet a third agreement not easily available to the public?
