Well, if they sue, wouldn’t the SC if the election lawsuits got that far, just say, well Dominion has lawsuit out and lot of your evidence is fraud by this company, so we will let that lawsuit ride first.
Just wondering if them suggesting suing Dominion isn’t a way to stall the election lawsuits.

If the lawsuit will delay the SCOTUS case past the date when it must be certified, then the election goes to Congress, the President to the House and and the VP to the Senate.

If Dana hadn’t scolded the President, calling him irresponsible, on election night after his speech declaring he had won and wasn’t going to allow theft, I might say We are so done with second guessing the Bush people ‘oh they might’ve on our side, siding with anti Americans every turn’ but she did scold him
