Again.... they said they were making opening statements and that they have lots of sworn, legal affidavits that they were not going to distribute to the media at this time. They are going to court. They are telling you what they have and what they are going to prove. This isn’t a matter of a court of public opinion, which is why you are not seeing their entire hand and giving the left time to assault, threaten or otherwise intimidate their witnesses.

That may well indeed be the case, but Powell stated on Lou Dobbs show tonight that she wasn't sure if the "good guys" OR the "bad guys" got the server(s).

Today’s presser came after he had spent two long days up here in Williamsport, Pa. trying to convince Judge Brann to take the case in Fed. Court.
At the end of a long session, Brann told Rudy where to go...to get the best craft bers and the best martinis in town!
