I just heard on NewsMax that President Trump has summoned his legal team to the White House for an "emergency meeting".
Nice try but no soup for you. In some counting scums like in Detoilet and perhaps Milwaukee and Philadelphis, counters might physicaslly discard Trump ballots. But that is not the issue and you know it yet tried to mischaracterize my post.
The electronic tally is transferred to an off shore location for combining. It is that location that 'box' where the switching software function at 'someon's' choosing. Fraudulent ballots had to be trucked in (literally) to match the electronic switching. The fraudulent ballots were entered into the machines during a spefici timeframe, the off shore 'box' drops those counts but the paper remains int he collection to account for the electronic swithes.

A single switched vote has a paper trail but how do you pull that one ballot out of the millions? HOWEVER, if you stop the counting and add hundreds of thousands of ballots to biden’s total, THEN you have to manufacture paper to back up the fraud. This treason is multileveled and traitros to America are at every level.

Suing over meaningless numbers was not about the particulars but more about getting the States to admit they changed the rules without updating their laws. That’s a no-no.
But these trivial numbers would not overcome the 5M deficit. The only way to attack that is to show the machines were defective. I think they will refile cases around the machines and the software this week.
There will be a discovery phase and evidentiary hearing. Then, and only then we the American Public really understand their case.
IMHO, they may be able to show the machines are capable of doing X, but proving that X really happened is a tough battle unless they have significant proof.
It was the private citizen suits that were dropped at the request of the plaintiffs, AFAIK. Looks like a consolidation to me, but my only legal expertise is from writing software for them for a number of years.
