I just heard on NewsMax that President Trump has summoned his legal team to the White House for an "emergency meeting".
Lin Wood on Newsmax now.
Maybe it is a feint move....let everyone speculate and see who makes moves....i.e...leak out a false rumor...see who starts mounting defenses...i dont know...but Trump might be on to cracking the conspiracy w i d e open...but wants to see who is acting guilty...
Stop your whining.
More likely trolls.
Prosecute Trump for what? Can you list some potential crimes he has committed? I can’t think of any.
Being Trump is a criminal offense. Look at Manafort: DOJ declined to prosecute before he supported Trump and later threw him in solitary after he supported Trump.
I am listening to Lin Wood on Howie Carr at this moment live and he said that he is 105% confident in President Trump’s effort in this election. He says that he is confident that Rudy and Sidney have the smoking “guns” against the Biden and Democratic machine re: election fraud.
Manafort actually did break some laws. And he is not a billionaire.
bkmk
I agree 100% that Trump is unique and there will not be another like him in that office. Not unless we have a total meltdown and recovery of our very, broken union.
Why would his own legal team tell him this?
Go back to Fantasyland, with Bidet.
Manafort broke the same laws that Hunter Biden and bunch of Democrats did, too. Who’s sitting in solitary now?
Lin Wood also said just now that the Georgia election is going to be thrown out because the Governor and SOS because they acted without authority (the authority belonged to the State Legislator). It is going to take time.
Based on this, it doesn't sound like the President is going to concede.
“evidence of election fraud for a given state has to be so specific and abundant that it is beyond a reasonable doubt”
Got the reference for that standard... requiring that elections have rights that require they are presumed to be uncorruptible ? LOL!!!
Reality is... the standard that applies IN THE ELECTION is whatever state legislators say it is... in their chosen exercise of plenary power, at any given moment.
Ask the legislators, when they have proper access to information, if they think the conduct of the election was legitimate, or if it was IN ANY WAY corrupt.
A little bit fraudulent... about like a little bit pregnant.
As far as process undertaken in gaining convictions for the violations of the law that occurred in imposing the fraud... that’s another matter... where the standards that apply should adhere to protecting the rights of defendants.
Listen to Attorney Wood on newsmax. It is going to hit the fan.
She’s talking about scytl.
You can even see Copyright 2020 scytl.us at the bottom of the GA Sos election result page:

the evidence which makes the SCOTUS decision a no brainer
SCOTUS is not going to hear any of these cases.
Well, look at what CBS did last night- they had Obummer on and he slammed our President for not conceding, so my guess is that Trump wants his lawyers to get out there with the message that it is lawful to contest any election where there may be voter fraud. Oh, and in 1876 there was a serious contention and 4 states were undecided which caused it to go to the house of reps....
If it’s “over,” Sidney Powell’s credibility is kaput. Only yesterday it was fire hoses of evidence pouring out, and she says nothing she can’t prove.
I listened to the entire interview with Steyn and what you are saying is absolutely false. She was quite detailed on how it is connected online.

Yep....everything that I’m seeing, from his legal eagles, says otherwise.
This thread took a turn down Silly Ln.
The wheels came off.
