The only way out is for Trump to have the evidence which makes the SCOTUS decision a no brainer in his favor, gives all state legislatures the cover they need to select electors for the real winner, and a clean up of the election system nationwide before 2022.
I agree. And I agree that President Trump is probably the only person capable of waging that fight.
As I've posted before, the problem with this conspiracy is that the keepers of the evidence are the people who are implicated by the evidence.
Normally, people with decision-making authority who are implicated in malfeasance are asked to recuse from making decisions affecting them.
That doesn't seem to be the case with election officials or Secretaries of State where suspected voter fraud has taken place.
The alleged criminals are allowed to stop the audits that might find their criminality, and then the Supreme Court has cover to say there is no evidence to rule on.

We need to fight for election reform now for the next election. I do think for fed elections we need something central, even if it means an amendment of some kind.
Right. I'm sure the beneficiaries of that fraud will make that their #1 priority. How stupid does one have to be to post something like this? The more likely outcome is that a political outsider without the Swamp's seal of approval will never be elected again.

Yeah she said vote summaries were passed to Barcelona, adjusted and then sent back. That is quite a claim.
None of it should be connected to the public internet. But there is likely a closed private network which subtends all these machines and servers.
One would need to see a system functional architecture diagram to understand how this system works. Hopefully Trump’s team has IT architects that fully understand it.
There were some reports a few days ago that the systems were not networked into the internet the traditional way. They were using WIFI - likely a card inserted inside the machine that would provide hidden internet access through a cell signal.
Don’t get excited, it’s only second down. Was Jay Sekulow in the group? Imagine Jay and Sydney working together, she on the criminal indictments and Jay on the scotus presentation of systemic vote switching by foreign actors under domestic directions.
Just a thought, but when people are in a fight, they make statements that reflect not only their expectations but also their faith.
Given that this fight is an existential fight for our country, I imagine that DeGenova and everyone else sees reality through the prism of victory because they cannot imagine what will happen if we lose this fight.

Yes, but is he well-funded? How long can he continue the fight? What happens if they try to freeze his assets based on bogus charges that they can afford to make but he can't afford to defend against?

Switching votes is definitely possible through “adjudication” of ballots.
Confirmed that machines can have WIFI modems which connect to the internet via 4G.
1. All ballot images has AuditMark (start the video at 23:00). So as to see the ballot images with AuditMark reading. The cast vote and AuditMark should match. Also can count the votes and number of votes to determine if more votes than registered.
2. If outside observers and look at this information, then this just proves the machine read the ‘ballots’ feed into the machine. This would mean a 4am delivery to help Biden.
3. If the election officials refuse to allow the AuditMarks to be reviewed, then we know that the vote totals changed by outside forces.
4. Start at 40:28 mark in video, adjudication (about 41:00 mark) allows changing of ballots.

Close that thought. There will never be another fearless fighter like Trump again winning the presidency.
What you must realize is Trump has that standout personality, likability factor, and charisma, which I have not seen since Jawaharlal Nehru in 1948-1958 era. Nehru could attract millions to his rallies and was a spell biunding speaker who kept audiences eating out of his hand. He was not my favorite but that is besides the point.
There is no one else like Trump in the past 100 years and will not be in the next 100 years.

In her interview with Maria, she said the votes could be watched coming in from anywhere, including overseas, in “real time”. Also said that remotely the votes could be moved around in a regular “drag and drop” method we all use. At least that’s what I recall from the interview.
The computers most probably switched hundreds of thousands of votes to Biden in those critical swing states. What was really a Trump landslide became a Biden ‘win’ and most of the damage was done in the middle of the night.
Unravel that and everything changes. The challenge will be unraveling it.

Just look at McConnell arranging a public show of support of Haspel a couple days ago. POTUS can yell constitutional crisis all he wants but literally nobody else with any power in the swamp is echoing him.
Powell used terms that can be widely understood. The details would be far more complex and distracting.
