Sidney Powell went on an evidence-free tangent on Fox News which included her claiming that the CIA is involved in the supposed election fraud that caused President Donald Trump to lose the 2020 election.
Maria Bartiromo spoke to Powell after an interview with Rudy Giuliani, who was largely given free rein to push the Dominion voter software conspiracy theory Fox News has already discredited. Powell kept this going as she claimed Trump actually won the election by “millions of votes,” that Dominion was “designed to rig elections,” and “we have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose.”
“You feel that you’ll be able to prove this?” Bartiromo asked. “Do you have the software in your possession? Do you have the hardware in your possession? How will you prove this?”
“Well, I’ve got lots of ways to prove it, Maria but I’m not going to tell on national TV what all we have. I just can’t do that,” Powell answered.
The interview continued with Powell saying Dominion was conducive to “massive election fraud” and “every state that bought Dominion, for sure, should have a criminal investigation or at least a serious investigation of the officers in the state who bought the software.” This led to Powell also saying the Trump campaign has seen evidence of “kickbacks” for those who accepted Dominion’s software in their states.
Bartiromo asked Powell to elaborate on the “kickback” claims on the other side of a commercial break, to which, Powell had this to say:
We’re collecting evidence now from various whistleblowers that are aware of substantial sums of money being given to family members of state officials who bought this software. We’re talking about $100 million packages for new voting machines suddenly, in multiple states, and benefits ranging from financial benefits for family members to sort of what I would call election insurance, because they know that they can win the election if they are using that software.
After calling lamenting the “insidious corrupt system” that the government supposedly failed to address even after complaints from Democrats, Powell began to push the insinuation that the CIA is allowing all of this to happen.
“Nobody in our government has paid any attention to it, which makes me wonder how much the CIA has used it for its own benefit in different places,” Powell said. “Why Gina Haspel is still there in the CIA is beyond my comprehension. She should be fired immediately.”
The comments from Powell come amid reports that Haspel has been frozen out of Trump’s intelligence briefings, and the president may fire her amid recent pushback to some of his ideas. As Powell failed to name a government official who accepted kickbacks connected to Dominion, Bartiromo asked “Why do you think Gina Haspel should be fired immediately? You’re saying the CIA is behind the Dominion or the Smartmatic voting software as well?”
Powell answered that “no honest person would use this system,” and she said that the CIA previously heard complaints about it.
“It should never have been installed anywhere and we are going to show the public exactly how rotten the entire state is,” she said.

Interesting that this parallels the Biden Crime Family situation. Chinese experts say that China doesn’t pay bribes to the American politician directly, but enriches the family so it will trickle down to the politician. That made it possible for Joe to say he never “took a penny” from a forein government.
So Sidney said that with Dominion, the “families” were given the “kickbacks”. Sounds like China might have a hand in this corruption. (Of course, they do.)

Having someone talk about being involved years ago when the system was created & seeing how it can be used to change votes, means nothing now. The other side will trot out some mouthpiece and say. after the system was questioned by both democrats & republican’s in 2016, the company made improvements, so what the “expert” witness is saying is no longer doable.. “We fixed it” will be the defense.
She needs someone who will say they were involved in changing votes, or they can name someone who made the system alter the votes counts, or they have retrieved data from the machines used that show votes were altered. Without that all she has nothing.
It takes some time to put these cases together and file lawsuits and investigate etc.
Remember Gore got 37 days for his recount.

Disagree, an IT or Data Analysis expert can point to the various data points accumulated in key precincts on Nov 3 and the 4th. The pattern of data points - Trump and Biden votes - dramatically changing at key times will be evidence of the fraud.
The experts can show stark deviations on the x and y axis that simply would not have occurred unless there was human manipulation of the data.
This will be the evidence.

All the counting machine should be impounded and the Dominion operating system should be investigated for code that allows vote flipping. Those machines with such code should disqualify the votes ran on them.

I don’t mind being thought of as a kooky conspiracy nut.
The fraud was so obvious—the first time there’s been Presidential coattails with no coat, and the first time in history all of those bellwether counties were “wrong” in predicting the “winner.”
That said, it’s true that the easier we make voting—more and more mail in—the harder it will be for Republicans to win. Dems are lazy and like to vote from the ease of home.
To play Devils’ advocate, mail in voting might REALLY increase Dem turnout, to a huge degree.
People are lazy, Dems are lazy, it is much easier to vote at home and toss the ballot in the mailbox than go drive down and stand in line at some precinct somewhere far away.
Biden could have gotten millions more votes than Clinton for that reason alone, as mail in voting was so much more expanded. Every single voter in CA was mailed a ballot whether they wanted one or not. Even GOP could vote easier, and sure enough Trump got more votes from CA than anyone has since Reagan.
And population goes up too, making more voters (new 18 year olds, immigrants, people like my mom who cast her very first vote in her life, against Trump) all the time.
Rich Barris at Peoples Pundit can list dozens of reasons why this election was NOT the most “secure in history,” and can go through it county by county—he has a steel trap mind! Each deadline that was tossed, all the new ballot harvesting, no more precinct reporting, lots of mail in voting with relaxations of every normal check-and-balances and standard procedures, all in the name of Covid “precautions” used as a pretext to weaken every voting law and procedure and often without the consent of the legislatures.
If the Supreme Court gets involved, I think one of the issues will be this. Dem governors changed election law over the protests of the state legislatures in the name of a “public health emergency.”

But we the people won’t be hearing and deciding the lawsuits in Court. Judges will decide the fate of the election and the nation.

Your suggestion seems plausible, but I’m a little stuck on how it’s reasonable to say, “Although the result we already have came about because voters were massively disenfranchised, we can’t do anything else that wouldn’t disenfranchise everyone.”
Seems to me a complete re-do would far more ENfranchise voters than sticking with the present, polluted results.
So, to talk about disenfranchising all voters seems to strongly indicate that the court is giving no countenance to the prospect of a re-do.

Yes, a redo for Presidential electors would be unprecedented. No one foresees this happening. Best case it goes to Congress.
