The answer from the courts is a resounding YES because every ballot must be counted, and therefore, you can keep the stolen ballots - as long as you have destroyed the original envelope and made the ballot into untraceable electronic data.

Re time enough to challenge Election before certification?:

I’m certain that our Constitution provides for “ORIGINAL Jurisdiction” to SCOTUS - no lower court lawsuit needed for jurisdiction in cases between states.

So shouldn’t “our” states join together and sue the fraud states directly to SCOTUS? Fraud, equal protection, etc.?

“Standing” to sue is a big hurdle in these types of cases
as plaintiffs must show particular harm to plaintiffs but theft of the presidency from all our Red states should be sufficient? Equal protection, denial of civil rights, etc.

The hurdle to cross before Dec 12 or whenever is very high - with absolute proof. DoJ would take at least two years.

What I think she is getting at is presenting forensic digital evidence enough to convince SCOTUS (ahem) that the election cannot be reliably certified in enough jurisdictions, so throw out the election results and do the constitutional thing: return the selection of electors to the state legislatures. When the Congress convenes to finalize the election each representative cannot vote party but must vote as their state legislature directs. Most state legislatures are Republican.

We will see how it goes. Sidney Powell is the right person at the right moment. (I have been personally in contact with her to encourage her - and Gen. Flynn - to never give up!)

I noticed Sidney Powell did not address Bartiromo’s question about the Dec. certification date. Here is my humble opinion, and it’s merely from reading/listening to the stuff everyone else is, especially Trump, Powell, Giuliani, and the massive fraud soup to nuts.

I think this is going to unroll in a spectacular way, and not according to any scenario that seems to be in the constitution, or traditional, etc. There is too much fraud. Probably every single state. From stolen ballots, forgeries, illegals voting, military returned ballots in trash, Trump ballots in dumpsters, no dates, I mean - there’s hundreds of ways the paper ballot voting and mail in has completely wrecked not just the presidential outcome but all down ticket results.

Then on top of that the rigged Dominion/servers in Europe part, and Sidney said other states that used other systems for vote tabulation had the same software as Dominion.

So it’s a lot more than just the swing states, or the states with Dominion (29 states) and it’s more than Trump vs Biden. Trump isn’t going to let many good Republican candidates wing in the wind.

In short, I think there will be a totally different way to settle this. And depending on R dominated legislatures is cold comfort because of too mean weak sisters, corrupt agents, etc PLUS it doesn’t solve all the down ticket corruption either.

Good to know you’ve communicated with Powell adn Flynn. I haven’t seen ANY news about (choke gag) Sullivan. When the dickens is that going to be dismissed, heard anything?
