That invalidates the 400,000 some-odd votes counted for Biden at 4am on Nov 4th.
Also a precinct in GA said they were finished counting for the night and after Republican poll watchers left, the Dems stayed on and counted votes. ALL ILLEGAL!
This is a no-brainer if brought before SCOTUS.

Probably, unless the state legislatures step up and directly appoint their Electoral College voters because the results from the regular voting is so tainted.

I've said the same thing and been called a #NeverTrumper and told to go back to DU. I've been here 20 years, voted twice for Trump and sent him money. He's the only presidential candidate I ever contributed money to.
President Trump lost votes through fraud, undoubtedly, even if never proven. And, let's be honest, he lost votes from people who couldn't name a single policy they disagreed with, they just didn't like the tweets and they blamed him for Coronavirus. These aren't voters who post on Free Republic. These are voters, largely low-info, who watch CNN or Fox and believe most of what they're being told.
Also if people got off their butts and actually cared to vote for those State and Local politicians in the primaries and general elections, instead of just caring about Presidential Elections and Mid-Terms.
3) Switch “red and blue” states. Reagan won when Republican states were represented by blue.
Blue states today are “Red”.
