Anyone know what an election audit looks like in PA?
And is this something the legislature can do autonomously, or do they need the executive (gov) to carry it out?

I guess there’s not much chance we’ll see Yahoo news report that Joe Biden is claiming to be president “with no evidence to support his baseless unproven claims”.

I don’t know the answer to your question but I know I’d rather die in a fight than have these lying, dem owned, POS scum, along with dems and tech and China and soros running our country.
I’ve had enough.
In the meantime I will pray for Trump’s victory

autonomously, but they need the Exec Branch’s (Gov) cooperation.
If they don’t get it, they will sue.

The Courts and the Governor Illegally usurped the Legislatures Authority granted to them in Article 2 Section 1 of the US Constitution, they can THROW OUT THE WHOLE ELECTION if they choose and pick New Electors

They could just delay and delay and not certify and oh gee that’d be terrible if they had to send their own delegation.

Dont know about election audits, but the Constitution gives the state legislatures sole authority to select their states Electors. Governors have no say in it.

The PA legislature MUST send the Republican Electors to D.C.
Period, end of story.

The Legislature has complete control over a state’s election.
All that matters though is whether they can find proof that the Governor didn’t follow their laws, and that failure distorted the putative results.
I hope they do a good, fair investigation.
And complete it before the federal “safe harbor” law takes effect on Dec 8.

State Rep. Dawn Keefer, a Republican from York County, announced that Republicans in the state legislature would move to conduct an audit of the election, and that the state should not certify the election results, or select electors to the Electoral College, until it is completed. "Should not" appoint electors or certify results. Which means that the Republican legislature can't stop it from happening.
