Don’t know about election audits, but the Constitution gives the state legislatures sole authority to select their states’ Electors. Governors have no say in it.
I believe state legislatures are the only ones who can create election laws as well as per the constitution. Democraps were all year unconstitutionally overturning those laws in court which to me is more than enough reason to declare void every last ballot that violated the original laws
